A very well organized festival. I didn't have any problem with Transportation. I chose the bus from Taipei zoo for 50 NTD and was roundtrip already. Great experience to release sky lantern for free with the cross.

It’s easily accessible from the Tai Pei Station. You can buy the lantern at any store I guess (similar price anyway) so my advices would be as follow: 1. Always bring an umbrella --- it’s always raining there which I don’t know why. 2. Take...More

Frankly speaking, I know about this popular tradition for a long time. But I never care to try one until today. I was shocked and touched by choosing the Sky lantern, writing your wishes on it and finally releasing it with your friends all together....More

Writing your wishes, or things you are grateful for are for me, the highlight of this activity. Good to try, but be careful with the flame.. and don't be too busy taking photos while the train is coming.
