We had a relaxing experience with our couples massage. Relax in mineral outdoor hot tub and take full advantage of the relaxation room and showers. Remember to arrive early for your appointment to prepare yourself for the experience. Deep tissue massage is the way to go. Make sure to call in advance for your reservation to make sure the perfect... More

This is really the reason I come to the hotel! Okay, I also thoroughly enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the outstanding service, and the incense they burn in the lobby that transports you to a relaxing mountain scene in your mind - so much so that we always buy some of the incense while we are there to... This place is so rude to their customers & it was the General Manager! She was completely un-relatable, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful & needs to be fired from her position as a GM. She does not know how to interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner.

First off, let me say that this resort is one of the best and one of my most favorite in the U.S.A. that I have been coming to for years, but the spa just isn't that great especially for the money. I went there yesterday for my birthday and was completely stressed out by the unprofessional and unpleasant lady who... More

Getting to the Hyatt Tamaya is interesting. When you get to the highway turnoff for the hotel, you are still fairly far away. The narrow paved road flows through the prairie like a winding river, with peeks of golf course fairways and mountains every now and then. Watch for wildlife - there is a lot of it around. When you... More

Quiet location 20 minutes north of Albuquerque, with a killer view of the mountains. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. TONS of outlets for charging all your devices. The staff and service were great, from the welcoming margarita through the entire stay. The two on property restaurants are really good. I'd consider eating at either even if I wasn't staying... We went here for a wedding in August. The site is clean, well maintained, comfortable with gorgeous views. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. There at attached stables since you can see horses around the property. Service was attentive and competent and the food was excellent at the reception. The beef was cooked perfectly and the chicken tasted great.... More

This is my second trip to this spa. It's small but has everything you need. I love the jacuzzi space. You're surrounded by adobe walls and looking up at nothing but blue New Mexico sky. My massage therapist, Diane, was excellent. Highly recommended.

The view from the "petio" restaurant was fabulous, the food was great, reasonably priced, casual clothing was perfect and we were allowed to have our 7 lb Yorkie with us. This is a luxury resort and well worth a visit; very serene and peaceful! Treat yourself!

This is an amazing oasis in the high desert. Hidden back away from the freeway and the nearby casino, it is away from the congestion and noise. Scenery is very relaxing. The resort is a great Hyatt property...well up to their excellent standards in service, amenities, and great food. Regency room is the best deal....a quiet breakfast on the patio... More
