As a guy, I've never had a real massage. The wife and I had a couples massage. She had had the Swedish massage, I had the deep-muscle massage. WOW! 80-minutes of total relaxation. I was shocked when the 80 minutes were up, thinking only 30 minutes had elapsed. Sure, I was a little sore the next day, but totally worth... More

I was impressed by this spa. The staff was courteous and the spa areas were clean. This best part was the outside sauna with views of the beautiful blue New Mexico sky. I have attached too many photos.

I made the mistake of scheduling massages for my husband and I. We were there to relax. He has a slight physical disability; which got worse when we arrived. So we couldn't make the appointment on time. The spa supervisor charged us full price for no service. No attempt was made to reschedule us. This is stealing; charging hundreds of... More

Had a wonderful Spa Day at Tamaya Mist Spa. Booked the Rio Grande Package had a massage, scrub and facial. Suzanne my massage therapist was very skilled and attentive to my needs and areas of concern. Dianna my esthetician was also wonderful and provided me with some good info as it pertained to my skin. The spa itself is lovely... More

The spa is a very relaxing area. From the steam room, sauna, and large outdoor jacuzzi with a circular, "vertical" jacuzzi where you stand in warm water up to your neck while the jets massage the entire length of your body!! I really enjoyed my spa treatment with Christina. The 80-minute "Spirit Path" included the Tamaya Blue Corn Flour exfoliation... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Tamaya when I was in the area on business. I arrived a day early so I could enjoy the spa. They accommodated my request for a facial on Sunday. Yvonne is amazing. Quite possibly the best facial that I've had. Highly recommend.

We had a relaxing experience with our couples massage. Relax in mineral outdoor hot tub and take full advantage of the relaxation room and showers. Remember to arrive early for your appointment to prepare yourself for the experience. Deep tissue massage is the way to go. Make sure to call in advance for your reservation to make sure the perfect... More

This is really the reason I come to the hotel! Okay, I also thoroughly enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the outstanding service, and the incense they burn in the lobby that transports you to a relaxing mountain scene in your mind - so much so that we always buy some of the incense while we are there to... This place is so rude to their customers & it was the General Manager! She was completely un-relatable, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful & needs to be fired from her position as a GM. She does not know how to interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner.
