Look no further. Captain Dean is the absolute best! We had a private sunset cruise on the “Sensible” and it was one of our highlights of our trip. The boat was gorgeous and great for a large or small group. We had 21 people and plenty of room. From the moment I requested information, the planning and throughout the evening both Captain Dean and Spencer were attentive and gracious. We couldn’t ask for a better host. We will return for sure. Thanks again!

Captain Dean took us on an incredible sea adventure full of snorkeling, sailing and some string ray dancing. Such a fun afternoon of incredible beauty and laughs! Captain Dean and Spencer ensured all the creature comforts were in place to allow for a relaxing trip to the reef and back. Gorgeous sun set cruise back was the cherry on top! We will wear our Point Blue Sailing shirts proudly!

We had a group of 8 of us that reserved a four hour trip while in Grand Cayman on a cruise. Dean was great at communicating with us before the trip to set it up and was very responsive and answered all of the questions we had. He customised a trip for us since we had all been to Stingray city before and did not want to go there again. We sailed and then went snorkeling on a great reef and then to see starfish on a beach. Captain Luke was a great captain and a great host. He took care of all of us on the boat and set up a great snack for us while we were snorkeling. The boat was much nicer than we expected and after we arrived at the dock we almost missed the boat because it was too "nice" and we were looking at other boats until we saw the "Gaucho" name on the boat. We were even impressed by the quality of the towels on the boat that were given to us after we got out of the water snorkeling. They were the nicest towels we have ever seen on a boat(and even in our homes) and just another attention to detail that Point Blue Sailing does to provide an excellent service. We all discussed it and could not come up with any possible improvements as the trip was absolutely perfect! The trip was also very peaceful and relaxing and the landscape and views were absolutely spectacular. There is no comparison between having our own boat like this rather than being part of a larger excursion and makes such a difference in the total experience.

We were cruising with Celebrity and wanted to get away from the crowd. I booked a three-hour sail fairly last minute. Communication was prompt and clear. The sail was the most fabulous thing we did during our vacation. I highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat if stopping in Cayman again. We were on the larger boat and with both Captains - Dean, owner, and Luke. These chaps are absolutely charming - hard-working, down-to-earth, fun, comfortable. They were the perfect hosts. When one owns a boat this nice, Dean could be nervous and overbearing, buts he’s not at all! And, both are easy on the eye!!! The boat was immaculately clean and well maintained. They had snorkel gear, refreshments, and plentiful snacks (chips and salsa, fresh cut fruit). They started on time and ended right on time. We chose the course. We just wanted to sail and snorkel. We had limited time but I would have definitely booked longer if time had allowed!

Our interest was in snorkeling and avoiding crowds and Captain Luke obliged. He took us to several reefs where we were able to snorkel to our heart's content and have a close encounter with a very friendly sting ray. He even included sailing lessons. The entire experience exceeded all expectations and I would love to do it again.
