I went there today with my family. It was such a beautiful place but I was so disappointed with the services. Wave pool was activated only 3 times for 10 mins for the entire day, the covered spiral slide was closed due to mechanical damage, catering gave us the wrong food and they didn't return my change.
Worst is my son cut his foot on a sharp part of the wave pool, it was an open wound. Some of the skin on his sole came off and it was bleeding profusely. That was around noon. I went to the management to ask if there would be a refund but he said " ma'm, hindi na po namin covered yan kasi sa inyo lang nangyari to." I was speechless.

I am not a professional critic. I do believe that different locations have their own merits and demerits to consider. People having a curious nature would want to try out something new or trending. It is, in its own way one of the simplest adventure anyone either young or old can partake in. However do not let anyone else including my own experience (good/bad) (prevent/encourage) you from blindly (trying it/or not) out yourself. Nothing is permanent and changes can occur at any given time. You just have to make your own decision and take the first step.

This would be my unbiased review on this resort. Please take note this would be a first for me.

We are a group of friends consisting of single individuals and couples 2 of them with kids ranging from 1-6 years old. We were looking for a location where everyone can spend the day to enjoy and relax.

Travelling from Baguio to the mentioned resort took us about 30-45 minutes

Upon arriving, parking was not a problem on that day. I did notice parking spaces at the front of the resort can approximately accommodate around 7-13 vehicles.

Entrance fee is Php 280.00/ Adult and Php 200.00 on kids below 4 ft. Initially children below 4ft should be free but i believe this would change drastically depending on the management (or the person on site managing the booth). Cottage was Php 1,000. They have available Rooms and Huts as well.

The Review and Tips!

Upon entry we were charged Php 50.00/Head as Corkage for the food that we brought along. (Drinking water, snacks, liquor, etch)
Tip 1: Bring all the food that you’ll ever need specially sodas, ice, and water (for adults bring the moderate liquor you want to drink hehe) prices inside the store are very expensive x2 normal rate for retail prices. (and Yes drinking is allowed inside the resort).

Note: There isn’t much shade near the pool/s i suggest wearing a rash guard for better skin protection.

Pool/s.
Water was dirty, in some parts you can see food particles floating around. This is more of a problem from management and the lack of discipline from the visitors.
Tip 2: Discipline your kids not to run around the pool with food.
Depth:
Adult Pool = 4-5ft
Children Pool = 2-3FT

Wave pool – the special feature which is the wave pool will activate at around 10:30-11am for approximately 5 min, every hour until 4 pm.
Tip 3 : Water in the wave pool would seem muddy but it’s the colour of the tile/s stones used in the flooring. But watch out for the occasional dirt floating around. If you want to surprise someone during the wave bring them near the sides of the wall where it is higher.

Slides - Upon arrival (3)slides were working but not for everyone. The Circular slides would tend to stop at the middle depending on the type of clothing that you have.
Tip 4: wear pool apparel made of spandex, nylon or polyester to fully enjoy the slides.

Public Comfort Rooms. – Management must have forgotten that they have public comfort rooms in the area. Expect the ladies to be hesitant to use it. CR from both sides are just plain dirty and forgotten. Some locks are not working on the stalls (showers/toilet ).
Tip 5: Bring wipes, tissues or anything you can use.

Average Experience but the kids did enjoy. Would we come back? Maybe but would rather try a different location not worth visiting a second time not unless it’s needed.

Budget: As long as you bring your own food. You won’t have any other problems regarding additional expenses.

If you find this a bit helpful give me a thumbs up! Cheers!

We had our company anniversary party here. I was a nice place to swim and have a good time. The resort was able to accommodate all of us around 2000+ employees and together with the resorts' guests. They have a good parking space. They offer other activities like Zip line.

the park promises to be an exciting destination as the colors and design looks quite inviting. there are four pools: one is a wave pool that's only turned for 10 min and about 3x a day. there is an ample space to go around to "enjoy."

BUT

first thing that everyone in my group (about 80 of us) noticed was that the pools have very strong acid to it. u can't swim with your eyes open and there is a strong acid smell to it. i tried to go under one fountain in the middle of the pool, and when the water hit my eyes, it was quite painful. so most of us did not actually swim in that pool. there was the other pool on the side that was about 4 feet deep and that one has a good water.

secondly, the concrete floor was quite slippery in a lot of places. i was very careful in taking steps. be very very careful in the wave pool. i feel sorry for several people who fell on the concrete floor because it was quite slippery. one of our american girls got disoriented after falling and hitting her head on the concrete. there were signs but they were placed on the sides and then, why make it slippery on the first place?

then there was the "bawal" here and "bawal" there. the staff have their whistles ready to call out anything that they see. i understand that they were trying to get the people to be careful, but some of the calls were no longer necessary. can't sit on some areas, can't stand on some areas, can't jump here, can't run there, etc...

fourth, the food at the restaurant was just no good. we had a buffet but they were serving us small portions and no seconds (cept rice). the line was so long since they had only one line.

then there also was an incident of a girl who went down the slide and she hit her head on the wall of the pool where she landed, there was a crack on that wall and it seriously cut her skin so that she has to be stitched up in the hospital. i heard that the management gave them a hard time when they tried to make the management own up responsibility.

the promise is still a promise. i would want to go back since the place is really quite inviting, but if there are no changes to secure the welfare of their clients, i might only be harming myself.

My family and I went there with high expectations because of its high rating but we were so much disappointed when we got there. We even paid corkage fee only to find out that they don't even have a restaurant inside, the resort is poorly maintained you could see paints peeling off at the kiddy pool. The pool wave isn't working because there's few people that day. The bathrooms are very dirty it wasn't cleaed the day before. Maybe this resort was nice and clean during its first year but now it's terrible. Please don't go there, it's very expensive I felt like over been robbed. You're better off at pugad adventure or Riverview water park.

It is a beautiful place. great views. BUT. The staff services are BAD. Really BAD. They booked us at 12 mn, until 12 mn the next day. Staffers went and told us to leave the room at 6 pm. Then turned off the airconditioning in the rooms and said its because they were using too much electricity, and people were going in and out of the room frequently. They even turned off the Water. Some staffers are rude. Really BAD experience for us.

Do not visit this place, if you don't bring up to 20 or more guest. They will not turn on wave pool because not enough money to pay the electricity is what the guard said. We even ask to see the owner or manager and they are no where to be found on the property. Demanded a full refund since we were only there for 30 minutes, but nothing. We even informed another group of people who wanted to enter the attraction at the door to not waste their time and hard earned money here. I just decided to post this on here but it will also be posted on YELP TRIP ADVISOR and other websites.

Went there on a Tuesday, there were maybe 2 other groups there. Only 2 pools were open. The other activities (water slide, wave pool, etc ) were closed. If thats the case, they should lower the price to p100 because all we did was swim.

Beautiful resort but - Where's the wave? ??

Location: really far from downtown, you need to have your own vehicle.

Amenities: There are 3 pools for kids, 1 lap pool and 1 wave pool. Be sure to arrive early because the water gets really really dirty what with all the visitors. The "wave" only comes alive every other hour for 5 mins only. Didn't really enjoy it but I reckon the kids did.

Zipline and skywalker: good enough. This is the best part of our day trip.

Food: We brought our own (with corkage fee) but I saw their boodle food and I think it's okay in terms of pricing and serving size.

Restroom: not that well maintained and there are no trash bins inside the cubicles.

Summary: good enough for a day trip but there sure are better choices.
