Such a good way to spend the day and thanks to the team at Blue Secret for making things so easy! Really friendly staff and using the boat was straightforward - didn’t need much instruction at all.

So got a taxi from Sani beach resort with the family for a day out on the ⛵ Antonis was very clear and fair from the start! I've been out on many boats in Zakinthos and Corfu but blue secret boats were best maintained by far. Would not hesitate to hire a boat again from Antonis, Great guy. Regards Daniel,Gem,Holly & El 😎

We rented a boat again after a great experience last year. We arrived at 9.15am but we're left waiting for over an hour as our boat wasn't ready despite booking a month in advance. We had a problem in that when trying to moor the boat for a quick break we clipped rocks and even though there was literally no damage we were charged another 150 euros even though we purchased the insurance. You aren't given a map which clearly outlines areas of high risk and even when you hire the GPS (which we did) you are told not to rely on it. Sadly we wouldn't risk it again as a few hours hire ended up costing us £350 so not worth it. You have to stop somewhere to use a loo so theres no avoiding the risk, but without safe areas highlighted a toilet break could cost you £300 in fines for superficial damage through clipping a small rock

Dear Madam / Sir. Let's be honest and truthful when making a public criticism. The delay was not due to inadequate preparation of our team but over time as the coast hit the waves and there was no possibility of having all 12 boats on the shore for fear of causing damage, which we explained during the morning briefing. From the beginning you knew that the cost of breaking or bending the propeller is 300 euros. Since we only charged you 150 euros you should say thank you. From the beginning you knew that Premium Insurance costs 10 euros to cover everything, but regardless of the amount of damage you pay the first 400 euros. Also during the morning training, you were asked how to read the nautical charts used by GPS Sonar, we showed you the most important points on the map with rocks and reefs. We also told you the safety distances you should keep off the coast. When you open GPS Sonar on the home screen there is a message that you accept "All information is presentedfor referenceonly. You assumetotal responsibility and risk associated with using this device". Whether you hit a small rock or a large rock, the damage is damage. The propeller loss rate is only 2%, so we certainly can't talk about risk. For us, the most unpleasant moment is when we have to ask you to pay extra damage. If it was worth the experience to become a captain for a while, get to know and repair places that you wouldn't have been able to with any other vehicle, etc., you said at the beginning "We rented a boat again after a great experience last year". Sincerely Antonis
