Spectacular caves

Fabulous experience. Easy access as the tour is on a open type train. The lift down to the caves have amazing views and if you're lucky you might se the monkeys in the trees

We did not make a booking but very quickly got on a tour. You actually sit on a tram and there is a roadway deep inside of the caves. They are genuinely spectacular with stalactites and stalacmites and a real natural wonder. Our tour guide (i think he was from Jamaica) was excellent - great mix of education and wit... More

Myself and my partner spent the morning at Harrison's Cave and did the underground cave tour on the tram. Our tour guide was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and very informative - she had such a wealth of knowledge about the caves! The caves are truly beautiful, and having visited barbados much of my life, I'm shocked that I had never... More

I reluctantly gave this a 4 out of 5. This attraction is worth seeing but it is definitely not worth the admission charge. We paid our fee to get in and had to wait for almost an hour before our group number was called. All of the concession stands were closed so there wasn't any place to get a cold... More

Did the eco tour where you crawl, walk and scramble through the caves. This gives you a much better feel for them as you also get to swim under the waterfall. Really good couple of hours. Good fun, but serious pot holers would find it tame.

I found this experience of great interests. The island country of Barbados was created 60,000 years ago. In the 1970 it was found and a mapping was made of the underground tunnels. During the process they found remnants of indigenous people dating back hundreds of years. For the evidence early 100ac. The caves descended down almost 170 ft. below ground... More

We descended in a lift and then walked into the visitor area where we sat on a tram and were taken round the most amazing sights. It takes about an hour to go all the way round and is a very easy way to see everything. There are photo opportunities and you can get out of the tram a couple... More

Whether you take the tram or the more difficult walking tour the caves are spectacular. The staff are very polite and the guides very knowledgeable, overall it is a very good way to pass half a day. (the actual tour is two hours). The price is a little steep but not bad value overall.

Thank Graham S
