Easy walk around a beautiful natural landscape interspersed with all sorts of exotic plants. Fantastic coastal views. There is a small cafe with reasonably ( for Barbados) priced food and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A little disappointing but still worth a visit. An hours stroll through the forest many of the plants can be seen all over the island

White Torch gingers, Singapore Gold honeycombs, the Jade Vine, Musa ornata the flowering bananas, pineapple ginger lilies. We grow many flowers that are rare in Barbados. These listed are the ones presently in bloom that you won't find 'all over the island'. Yes, we do cultivate many that are common as well. We'll have to post a few pictures next... More

My last visit was in the 1980s - a long, long time ago, so wasn't sure what to expect now. My memory was of a vast, fairly wild place with some stunning views - how accurate was that? Often your memory makes things seem bigger than they actually were, so it's often wise to revisit, just to make sure! First... More

We arrived early - around 9.30 - and our little group of 5 were the only ones there at that time. The flowers were gorgeous and the open views wonderful. I would highly recommend a visit to this garden.

The name' Flower Forest' to me conjured up visions of a great area closely packed with mighty tropical trees and flowers. The reality is somewhat different but none the less interesting and enjoyable. The Flower Forest is in fact a large well laid out and well presented area of trees, shrubs and flowers built on the site of a former... More

Expected to spend about 45 mins here today. Spent over 2 hours enjoying the tranquility and flora. Varied landscape, easy walking, with benches at viewing points. Reasonable information and simple guide/map. But it was the extent of the gardens that made an interesting contrast to Huntes Garden close by. Both excellent, but if you can't visit both, the better Garden... More

One of the 2 best places on the island to see tropical plants in a beautiful, well maintained setting. . . . and there's a breeze! This is a large, easy to walk nature preserve with paved or brick walking paths set in a valley in the north central part of Barbados. They also have a bar, good for Rum... More

We went around 10:00 with cost of $15 US. We got there by taxi which we booked through our hotel at Hilton. We thought it was peaceful and beautiful with flowers blooming. Just take your time and finish at the cafe with a piece of coconut bread. Other places to visit which were close but we chose to spend our... More

Absolutely beautiful experience for nature lovers. You get given an illustrated map to take round as a guide with different routes you can follow. Very informative insight into this beautiful place. The only problem is that it took twice as long to get round as I was stopping every 2 minutes to take photos!! The pathways are smooth enough for... More
