This is a peaceful place, a tranquil garden with a nice accessible step free winding walkway you follow round (it is a bit steep in parts though, and I didn't have a stroller or a wheelchair to push). There's a fully functional visitors centre with a gift shop and refreshments, plus you get a good map of the site to... More

In short great visit, natyralised iskand planting and friendlg and informative staff. Winding around the twisting tracks of the Barbados hills lead us to a very long long long driveway. The cheeky signs saying 'keep goig' and 'on and on' made us chuckle into a laid back mood as we defended jnto the valley of the flower gardens. The gardens... More

Another MUST VISIT attraction on this beautiful island. The island isn't just blessed with gorgeous places to visit but some of the kindest and heart warming people anywhere in the world. Stunning views and a variety of plants begging to be photographed. Please visit.

So glad we detoured into the Flower Forest. It is beautiful and peaceful. The plants are marked, there are scenic overlooks all the way to the Atlantic, and many points to sit and relax. The only sounds are chirping birds and tree frogs in this beautifully maintained garden. The walk through the winding paths takes about an hour, but we... More

My husband and I visited here on a Sunday morning, 3rd July. It was beautifully quiet and not too hot at 10am. We were given a guide to follow with the names of plants/flowers. There are lots of benches dotted around to stop and one near some fabulous views of the east coast. Staff were lovely and helpful. The gift... More

A beautifully presented garden walk packed with tropical and sun tropical plants and trees. The paths were well marked with plenty of seating along the way. Some of the views are simply stunning. A great way to spend a morning.

If you like plants and great views this is the place to go. It takes about 1 hour to walk around, but you could take longer f you wish.

We visited Flower Forest on the same day as we also visited Andromeda gardens, Hunte's gardens and Welchman Hall Gully. Each is worth a visit and each is different. Flower forest is well presented and has the benefit of some special long distance views. As someone else has said, it is best described as a 'nice walk among the palms... More

Such a lovely well maintained landscaped area. Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Given a map with directions to follow a nice path around the stunning plants, shrubs, trees and flowers. Also a restaurant to enjoy lunch.
