We are a 5 Star PADI dive centre located in Pernera next to Doma Restaurant and Livas Hotel and only 3 minutes walk from the sea. Excellent modern facilities with free wi fi. We are the only diving centre on the East Coast recommended by TUI.

This was our third time diving with the Taba team and we had the best time. We had dived with the team previously and really enjoyed it so decided to go back and complete our open water course with them. We were not disappointed!
Manuel was a great help in booking the course before we arrived and with the classroom learning.
Cas was our instructor and she made us feel completely at ease and was great at reassuring us when we were anxious. She was patient if we needed to have things demonstrated more than once and gave us tips on the best way to complete the skills and really built our confidence.
Will made us the best sandwiches for lunch ☺️
The whole team were so friendly and congratulated us when we completed our training. It's such a friendly environment!
After completing the course we done a dive at the caves and it was an amazing experience!
So glad we decided to do our open water course as we can see the huge improvement in our skills and confidence since our first dive and would highly recommend doing this course with Taba!

After four days of diving with the Tabs crew, I always felt warmly welcomed and safe diving with them!
From the first contact till after the last dive the communication was easy and the team also assisted me in making arrangements beyond the dives. They picked me up from the hotel and returned me back. The dives were always interesting and I discovered every time something new. I can highly recommend going on a night dive, there is so much to see and discover. Also during the day, there is plenty of fish to see and even several turtles. More sea life than I was actually expecting.
In addition, if you are on Cyprus and you have a bit of experience diving, you should dive the Zenobia Wrack. It is very interesting to see the wrack and discover the different parts of the ship!
The equipment is good and reliable.
Prices for dives are very good and the team tries to accommodate all the wishes of the diver.
Once again, a big thank you to Manuel, Cas, Steve and all the others from the Taba Diving family, I really enjoyed my time with you guys!
Hope to be able to dive with you guys in the near future!

Taba Diving centre is the exact place to go to, if you are looking for some competent divers, who are nice and patient with any level from beginners to experts.
I had a vacation in Cypress and had three dives with them. As I have dived at many sites +35 dives, I am aware of the cowboys out there, who rushes things and Taba surely is as far from them as you can get.
My 68-year old father who had some very bad experiences with his last dives, decided to give one last try to make it work. He and I dived with John from Taba, who has been very patient and supportive and my fathers confidence in diving increased tenfold.
I can’t recommend Steve, John and the rest of the team at Taba enough. They are truly amazing.

I went on 3 different dives with my friend, and each dive was just amazing. They took us diving places where they knew we would feel comfortable and have a great time. The staff was so sweet and took good care of us both. They checked in on us on the whole trip to make sure we had a good time, and when we weren't in the water they talked with us about everything. Would give these dives and this staff 10/10

My children and I attended a 'Discover Scuba diving' experience with Cassie from Taba Diving Centre in Cyprus during our stay in October 2021. We thoroughly enjoyed our very first dive. I was petrified at the start and whilst practicing the 'skills' in shallow water almost gave up. Cassie was a superb coach/instructor, reassuring and encouraging me and so patient. I felt safe and confident enough to continue and I am so glad I did. We would highly recommend this diving centre.

My 10 year old son wanted to try the aqua bubble dive which I accompanied him to. We went with Steve and Amy to blue bay,and thoroughly enjoyed diving and our introduction to life underwater.We felt comfortable throughout ( despite my having little confidence in my ability to dive!) and felt like water babies under their expert guidance .
We immediately rebooked for a second dive , and we went to Green Bay. This time we saw a sea cucumber,three turtles and had an amazing close encounter with a young turtle who came right up to us.
We. Loved feeding the fish on both occasions.We will be coming back to learn more under Taba.this is because we value the personal attention,friendliness and professional behaviour exhibited by Steve and his whole team.
This was the highlight of our holiday,we really enjoyed it both times.
well done Steve, Amy, Pete ,Cas, you are doing a fabulous job.

We wanted to try scuba diving with my boyfriend for the first time, so we did. We are really happy that we chose this diving center :) Instructors were nice, funny and helpful. We felt safe and had an amazing experience under the water + we have received beautiful pictures which we will keep as a happy memory :)

We went to Taba diving centre today and we did 2 dives the staff were amazing and even provide us with a small lunch as we were only booked to do 1 dive. Steve was very good for beginners as my wife couldn't even swim and was scared of the sea and she now wants to get her open water qualification. Thanks to all the staff and hopefully see you again soon.

Me and a collegue was working in cyprus from april to october, so we thought that diving would be a pretty fun activity. We were quickly hooked since the personnel and the experiance was awesome! So we decided to go for the open water advanced course, which we had to do after the open water course naturally. That's where we got our amazing dive instructor Manuel Vollmer who's been very helpful guiding us all the way from the very basics to become (me and my collegue had so much fun so we decided advance further than advanced to become) rescue divers! A kind and experianced person who truly loves his job and we will miss him greatly! He gets 5 outta 5 stingrays from us and we hope to go diving with him, and with the rest of the Taba crew of course, very soon!

First time using Taba but not disappointed. I'm an advanced diver but only dive when on holiday. Did 2 dives which were both suited to my ability. First one with Adrian who was great, ensured I was both safe but got the maximum depth time. Back to the centre for lunch then the 2nd dive with Manuel, again suited and confatable.
Steve who runs Taba is great and very customer focused.
Would not hesitate to dive with them again.

Hi, thinking of booking our first diving experience but I am pretty nervous. The package on offer via TUI is the blue bay dive, do you get to see lots of sealife and statues on this dive? Will you see more than you can if snorkelling? Also how much did people pay when booking directly? Sorry for all the questions but as much info as possible would be great! Thank you!

Hi. I found the experience enjoyable and got to feed some fish underwater which helped to see many different types. We also got to see a rare sea slug. As the experience was more introductory and about teaching us we didn’t go to far into the sea but would thoroughly recommend it. They do other dives for more experienced divers on other bays. Value was good and was as stated.

In the PADI system, you become a certified diver, by completing the "Open Water Certification".
You can read about the course on PADIs website (click "Education").
I would highly recommed taking the certification with Taba Diving, if Cyprus is your destination.

It costs 59 euros and is from 8.30am to 11.30am or 1pm tp 4pm Monday to Saturday.
Every family or couple get their own instructor so if there are 2 or more of you then it is like a private lesson : )
You can call me anytime on (00357) 99922230 but luchtime or after 4pm is best as i dive most mornings and afternoons : )
We can pick you up from your hotel if Agia Napa, Protaras or Pernera.
