Worth noting that the rocks are very slippy and the path is long and steep so I would recommend caution if you have bad balance / are not a strong walker. This is NOT a family friendly site these days - I was so disappointed to see groups of teenagers sitting around, smoking and drinking. We used to really like this place but there is now so much litter all over the place. Such a shame as it used to be much nicer. I would avoid if you are on holiday with young children - we will not be returning.

Worth a visit id you are nearby. Make sure to bring a snack and something to drink to be able to enjoy your stay without stressing away. Cold but VERY refreshing swim.
