Very small family business producing balsamic. The main business is wine, but this smaller operation is still maintained by one of the family. The tasting was pretty basic - red, silver and gold labels on a spoon. Very good and available for purchase in neat boxes. They will also ship.

Pretty amazing small family business that has been around for 5 generations. Was very interesting to learn about how balsamic is made and the differences between the real stuff and the version that you would use as a condiment. Very glad we made the visit.

We visited this balsamic production facility, a small family owned operation that produces the vinegar in the traditional style. We learned a great deal about the history and methods of the traditional production that are much different than the more common (and much less expensive) varieties found in US supermarkets and elsewhere. We also sampled several of the different products and learned about what the recommended uses were. This was an interesting way to spend part of the morning and it is worth going if you are in the area.

This is a family owned wine and balsamic vinegar production farm. We had a tour and presentation on the production of the 3 different grades of Balsamic vinegar, followed by lunch with the pairing of food with vinegar. The tradition, time and labor for producing balsamic vinegar are admirable. We learn a lot and will be eating parmigiana cheese served with balsamic vinegar. Overall, a great visit and time well spent.

We went as a group for a tour and lunch at this wonderful facility. We learned all about how they make the wonderful balsamic vinegar. Them we has a fantastic homemade lunch which consisted of a spinach lasagna, roast beef with salad and tomatoes, cooked onions with the 12 year balsamic andvanilla ice cream with the 25 year balsamic vinegar. Everything was fantastic. Afterwards I went and bought all 3 vinegars to take home.
