We took the 6 1/2 hour tour on July 14th. The train ride has no narration and is very cramped. We did see sandhill cranes flying over, at least 2 eagles & a plethora of other birds. Once on the boat on the river, the...More

Yes it is a long trip but being in nature is always worth it. Sorry the flies were bad that day, they are not a problem now. It was our pleasure to be of service.

I think it is funny that so many people write a bad review about not seeing wild life. The key word is WILD. This is not a tour where the bear have learned to beg like Oswald’s Bear Ranch. The trolley ride was interesting, we...More

First of all, it is a 6 1/2 hour long tour so if you can’t relax for that long, either close your eyes for part of it or don’t go. We paid $47 per ticket. It’s even less if you’re 62 and older. If you...More

We took this tour in July of 2018. There were 6 of us in tow - my parents (age 70), my husband and I and our kids (age 9 and 12). For starters, the tour is an all-day event, but we knew that going into...More

I haven't taken this trip in a few years and it was still a fun adventure. Saw several eagles, deer, herons and otters. The river was a little low but it was a relaxing day. The hike to see the falls was of moderate difficulty...More

Extreme let down! Nothing at all like website. No wildlife. Birds and trees were all we seen. Not at all worth almost $100.00

We are sad you feel this way. The hot weather this summer has kept the wildlife laying low during the day so sighting have been diminished. We do consider the birds wildlife and the Bald Eagles have been putting on a great show this year.

we had 7 of us take this tour. the brochure states exactly what it is so there were no surprises. We believe our trip could've been made more enjoyable with a bit more interaction during the 2 hours (each way) on the boat ride-perhaps activities...More
