......I didn't see it. Parking is free but entry is £5 for adults. The castle is basically a ruin but there's lots of rooms to explore and the looming threat of a simian apparition is quite fun too.....worth a detour.

Lovely day out. Something for all ages to enjoy. Pleasant walk to the tidal mill too which also offers something for everyone.

Great place to visit. The gentleman who sold us our tickets and then later answered my cousins very searching questions about the mill was a really knowledgeable and very entertaining. Thoroughly recommend. Ps love the Welsh cakes.

A lot of the Castle and grounds are outdoor but a significant amount of the Castle is undercover. The Tidal Mill is all indoor, there is a short 10 minute walk to get from the Castle to the Mill.
