We took the hike up the mountain. It only cost $5 U.S. dollars and was well worth it. The path is a bid hard. There are steep inclines and a portion requires climbing on and over rocks. With the heat it was quite a work out. We stopped several times to catch our breaths and enjoy the amazing views. There is a 2 hour hike and a 1 hour hike option. We saw monkeys and heard alot of birds. My only complaint would be that you could overhear the music from their padio through most of the hike which took away the enjoyment of being out in nature. I would suggest management turn down the music.

Came through here to rent a “cabanita”- it’s two chairs under an awning and spacious to relax. Seats two and comes with a free drink for each person, so not a bad deal. Pool was nice and plenty of space to relax.

Cabanita costs €75 and cabana costs €190, which seats about ten. Also that comes with a free bottle of something, so a good deal if you’re going with a group. Drinks are adequately priced at around €9 each and are well made.

People were friendly and the service was good. Didn’t do anything else so I can’t comment on the other areas. Jacuzzi was blocked off for a private event, so that was disappointing. Overall I would recommend it though.

The winds prevented our boat from departing so we had to find something to do on land and the group decided on Loterie Farm. It was a good option for everyone since it offered food, bar, pool and hiking. The hike truly is 2+ hours long and worth the views (plus good exercise when staying on a boat). You do have to pay to rent chairs at the pool as well as to go on the hike.

The majority of the day was great though you can tell the DJ plays to the crowd and if you're planning to come for relaxation, you might think twice. The music did take over the later part of the afternoon.

The mahi mahi sandwich was amazing! 4 of 6 in our party agreed.

Bring your own towel, wear the right shoes to hike and enjoy.

this place is such a paradise within paradise. it is a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. we got a cabana to have a relaxing day at the farm. the crowd control is great so you feel like it’s more secluded. we got a bottle of rosé and a mixed platter for 4 people, which was delicious and i highly recommend it. Giovanni was such a great help, so friendly and gave us recommendation. we spent the entire day lounging and taking pictures. we will definitely return to do the zip-lining, which is couldn’t do bc sneakers are required.

We have lived on Sint Maarten for over 6 months, but this was our first visit to Loterie Farm. We only partook of the spring-fed pools and food/drink (no hiking or Fly Zone). The view and surroundings are so relaxing and beautiful. It is definitely something we will do again.

We decided from our evening calmness/ tiredness and deep sleep overnight that there must something in the spring waters that causes this effect. All four of us experienced the same reaction.

The food was the best we have had anywhere on the island! We got two of their platters that say they feed 2-3 people. There was enough food there for a small army. We had bread, an anti pasta platter with deli meats, cheeses, olives and grapes. We also had the platter with beef kabobs, chicken, egg rolls, ribs, and a triangular fried item that two of us absolutely loved. There were numerous dipping sauces which were all excellent. All of this for 75€.

The poolside chairs are 20€ each which is expensive for the island but given the amazing atmosphere, it is totally worth it.

We had all the beer and alcoholic drinks we could consume plus lunch and a wonderful day for 4 for under 350€. It was a perfect splurge.

Went to the farm for a hike. Unsure if we were going to do the one hour trail or the three hour. Full disclosure we failed to read the hike description that stated moderate to hard hike. The trail was ill marked and the map, in my personal opinion, was of NO help. The trail appeared at times to be a dry river bed.
With in the first 10 minutes it was very clear that we would be doing the one hour as the most fit of the four of us was huffing and puffing. Our group of four was one hiker, two of us were in moderate walkers and one of us who is in average shape. Ages of our group 48-60.
It is a steep incline and at times what I understand would be called a scramble. See pictures.
There were many iguanas of many sizes, shapes and colors. Did not stay for the pool experience as they charge 20$ a chair.

Loterie Farm is beautiful and relaxing! The last two years my family and I have booked the VIP Cabana at the pool during our holiday and our experience has been excellent. You will not be disappointed booking this cabana for the day. Our server was Oscar and he was a pleasure to talk to. He always kept our drinks full and made sure we have everything we needed. For those looking to spend the day in the shade there are plenty of trees around the pool and lounge chairs and the cabana iteself can accommodate 4 people comfortably. The pool area also offers plenty of sunshine for those looking to catch some rays! This place is stunningly beautiful and peaceful up in the mountains and I highly recommend renting a cabana for the day if venturing to St. Maarten.

Beautiful and tranquil pool area, great for parties. If you looking for quarter zone maybe cabana, but if it’s next to kids playground, it’s not going to be quiet.

If you are with kids, there is Adventure zone, which is basically a playground with a kids pool. Little kids got bored fast, and ready to leave in 30 minutes, so the charge of 20€ per kid is kinda expensive. Maybe zip line is great option for older kids.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has lounge vibes, fresh and great food.

Went to do the fresh water pool on the only "rain forest" on the island. Access is $25 pp. Was not aware of that as no pricing is posted on any flyers on the advertising. Cabanas $180-$220 for the day. Drinks are expensive. For a day from your hotel, car rental $80, taxis average $8 or more pp each way. So for a family of 6 figure $100 or more for taxi plus $150 to swim in the pool. Drinks and food expensive day.
Hiking is free.

The pool area is fantastic and a wonderful setting. The private cabanna's are worth the splurge to have a place to escape the sun. Food and drinks were great and our host, Fabio, was great.

We went on a Saturday. This was either not the place, or perhaps the wrong day, to bring children. The morning starts out wonderful, but as the day progressess the mood changes into more of a south beach club scene.

Don't get me wrong, really cool place, but not for kids.

One other disappointment, when making the reservation we were told our son would be able to ride the ziplines but upon check in were told otherwise.

The hiking is good. I did the circuit route which takes you up to a high point with fantastic views.
