We just spent 4 days in Bali and Bali Customized Tours was critical to us making the most of our time there. They helped us with our airport transfer, gave us ideas for places to eat and things to see, and we did a day-long tour with them around Ubud. Our guide, Wayan, was super reliable and very informative about Balinese culture, people, and customs. They personalized our itinerary for us and were always there when we needed them. Highly recommended!

The best tour operator I have come across. Pancha is amazing! We were 2 ladies travelling on our own, to a country very far away and I needed to feel safe and looked after. Pancha and his team were brilliant. We WhatsApp and made an itinerary for our 2 week trip. His knowledge is priceless. He made sure we got the very best out of our trips for the best price possible. I felt we got more than our monies worth. The excursions were incredible and his suggestions of staying in different hotels when we were travelling further away made complete sense. They were so cheap but also so nice for the price. He guided us but no pressure either. He arranged everything made it so easy and was always on the end of the phone when I needed him. We did every excursion through him. I would highly recommend this company. He made our holiday! The trips were just the 2 of us with a driver in a large car. We could stop and go where we wanted in addition to our itinerary (subject to time and distance of course) the guides were exceptional with their knowledge and also taking all our photos, drone shots and carrying our bags lol! Could not of asked for more. It was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did the lost tour as shown on Lost LeBlanc’s channel. It was amazing! Panca’s driver was punctual and the local guide was so patient with us as we had very young kids with us!
We saw 2 waterfalls, waterhole and the natural slide. The tour was then topped off with locals giving us a ride back to the car park after lunch on their bikes. Great day!!

Mangku su team and ketut putra gerhana, Kamayana!!
Kama was our tour guide. He was hilarious and so friendly, he is so informative and knowledgeable about the country/community and he went above and beyond with taking our pictures and keeping us safe on the journey. He was so calm and patient and really enhanced the experience of the day.

My arrival on 26th OCT 24 was arranged punctual pick up from Pancha Host and the Driver Putra arrived timely with the scheduled Drive us to GWK & Uluwatu for the first trip was awesome and very comfortable. Putra is very Friendly and we had a great time spend with Him and our first day trip satisfied.
On 29th was arranged to Nusa Penida trip and was artanged with another Driver Surya was in front of our hotel 6am very puntual. Good ettiquees. Followed introduced Kass for our Nusa Penida package amazing feeling and was so convenient. He brought us to the para dise Island and we were feeling amazing. He is super fantastic personaliti and definately we would like to recommend to others. Overall ratings satisfied and ended with joy ❤️

Thank you Panca and your amazing team (Saria the driver and Komang the guide) for an incredible experience! We hiked the beautiful waterfalls, had tons of fun at the watersides and enjoyed a delicious meal. We highly recommend booking with Bali Customized Tours.

Ketut Putra sudarma yasa and mangku su team. The tour was AMAZING!!!! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and accommodating. He made sure I experienced VIP treatment. He knew all of the best locations for memorable photos. Plus, he has been trained in photography, which allowed him to suggest poses. The photos and videos he created are all breathtaking and extraordinary quality. I highly recommend this tour and my guide.

Absolutely LOVED the Lost Tour… amazing hiking and waterfalls galore.. incredible rice terrace trekking, natural water slide, lunch in the jungle, etc. They were so great from first contact through the entire trip. Will 1000% be doing this again and would highly recommend!

Panca and his team made my ambitious Bali solo trip possible, and allowed me to relax and enjoy myself even as I hit all my attractions. Drivers are professional, punctual, very communicative, and offer great information about the attractions and Balinese culture in general. They also take me to great food places along the way that keep me fuelled for my travel. They are also great with suggesting nearby attractions and take their time with me at every place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bali!

Hi! I saw lots of recommendations for this guide, Ketut Putra Gerhana. What tour agency does he work for? We would want to book a trip with him, but we don`t know how to find him. There are some complaints about other drivers and guides and we want to make sure we choose the right agency.

We've done :
1. Ubud
2. Nusa Penida
3. Sunrise in the north
4. Kayak and Quad
5. 7 Waterfalls
I would recommend all of them! You can also ask the guide about what you wanna/see do, they have a great recommendations.
While in Ubud we asked our guide Nyoman about the swing and he took us to a place where it's cheaper and greater!
