This was a gem I found on Instagram. After having been to other Holy Spring Temples I was so happy to find this one. I was surprised to find out how extensive the blessing process was but my group loved the experience. I found the sharp rocks very hard on my feet and had to finish before all 21 stations were visited. They do not allow water shoes or socks so it was very painful. The way is slippery but can be managed with teamwork. One of our group fell and could have injured her head had our driver not caught her.
This is a special place and I will visit again.

This was the most magical experience I’ve had in Bali, it is hard to even put into words. The temple is absolutely beautiful and it our guide Agung was amazing, he had so much knowledge and a pure heart that guided us through this amazing experience. I’ve already recommended it to many people and look forward to taking others back to bask in the magic that this temple holds. Highly recommend.

Truly magical experience! The ceremony is wonderful and difficult to describe. I really recommend taking the time in this experience. Most importantly, have a good guide that can explain clearly not only the sacred ceremony but also about the history of Bali and how these ceremonies come to be.
We had the luck to have Made Surya as our driver and tour guide. He really made the long rides interesting and the experience truly unique for us. So generous.
Matur suksma Made Surya!

Ps. My only suggestion is to take off all jewelry before starting the ceremony.

Was an amazing experience and highly recommend if you have the time. It wasn't busy when we were there in the morning so it didn't feel rushed. The 2 x guides took us through each water station and showed us what to do by giving an offering and asking permission to be cleansed.

You have to walk through barefoot across rocks and a little climbing involved but it is well worth it. It took just over an hour from Ubud and the whole process took around 1.5 hours. You have to wear swimmers and you are then dressed in a ceremonial sarong. We never drank the water but put to our lips.

Afterwards our driver took us to a Balinese house and then an amazing place for lunch.
