Many beaches in Italy are rocky and painful on your feet but this beach was sandy and had a long span that you could walk. There are places you can rent umbrellas, lounge chairs, etc. And there are restaurants.

The water is pretty clean here. Otherwise it is fairly typical. You can pay for a tightly packed chair and umbrella, or you can pack yourself in on the free beach.

You need to walk 10 mins or so to get to this beach. There are no facilities, but the sand is lovely and the sea is warm and clear. There aren't many people on the beach, great if thats what you want.

Fabulous traditional Italian food in a lovely farm style setting. Imaginative and beautifully presented Tip: weather and availability allowing, do book your table outside to enjoy the setting.

Public beaches often leave a bit to be desired in Italy but Lido Di Noto is an exception. Beautiful fine, clean sand, azure sea which was so warm (it was July so maybe that’s no surprise). A lovely little cafe serves hot and cold food and drinks for great prices given the location. Conveniences are clean too. The beach was not at all crowded given it was school holidays. Loads of free parking a street back from the seafront road.

We were visiting here in February. The beach is clean and not very busy but that could be down to the time of year even so someone decided to go for a swim. The promenade is lovely to walk along and there are several cafes for coffees and once creams

Great beach at the northern part of Noto. Classic Italien beach, but with room enough for us who brought our own umbrella. Nice water, shallow with only small waves.

We visited on a rainy Sunday in October. So understandably it was deserted. However it looked fairly down market although there is a narrow sandy beach. I’m sure children would enjoy it.

We visited at the end of September and it was a ghost beach, nothing was open and there was only one small place selling drinks and very limited food to take away. I’m sure in the high season the beach is worth visiting but not when we were there.
