This mill is not very crowded and is in a cool spot with lots of shade. It's relaxing to sit and listen to the water flow. Make sure to go inside and take a tour of the building.

This is a great stopping point to stretch your legs and check out a working turbine mill. They even sell some of the freshly ground corn and wheat in the mill.

Great quick stop off the main thoroughfare through the park. Good stop for historical as well as mechanical minded individuals. Store sells the cornmeal and flour they grind as an interesting edible souvenir you can bring home.

If you like history and engineering you may like it. It is a working corn mill. How they engineer the working parts with the water flow is impressive....glad we went.
