My husband and I are certified and experienced divers, but my teen girls had never tried scuba. They took a 15 min intro in the pool at Riu Anse Marcel, and 2 days later we went on an intro to scuba dive to creole rock. One daughter was very nervous. The conditions weren't great. But CLAUDINE was so amazing! She was a patient and calm and great teacher. By the time we came out of the water....both girls are eager to get certified! Wish we could stay and do it with Claudine, she was amazing. The dalai lama of diving.

We stayed at the RIU near the shop and after making contact it was quite comfortable for us to get to the shop and the marina. We are still beginners but the Scuba Zen crew did a great job refreshing our knowledge and made every dive as easy for us as possible. Our refresh was done at Creole Rock by Lindsey (just doing her Master Diver). The day after we went out for two more dives at Tintamarre Island and Creole Rock again. Unfortunately, the sea at Tintamarre was a little bit rough and Olivia decided to see another spot with a more calm surface instead of Creole Rock. We visited the Tug Boat a shipwreck and a small reef nearby. The whole crew made us feel really safely and answered every question we had. Great team, great dives. Thank you very much.

OUTSTANDING!!! What a great group of seasoned divers that know how to enjoy the sport. The second day of diving I was diving with friends that I had high confidence in a safe and enjoyable dive experience. Olivia and Claudine easily recognize each divers capabilities and work very hard to make the diving experience enjoyable for both the beginner and the experienced diver. What is amazing your are being trained to be a better diver and don't even recognize it. Just enjoying your dive. GREAT group, GREAT experience. Looking forward to another dive trip with my dive buddies at Scuba Zen. If you are staying at the Rui, it's a walk across the street to the boat and shop. Dive Scuba Zen you won't regret it. Claudine and Olivia were fantastic instructors - courteous, knowledgeable, and very safety conscious. Claudine encouraged us to speak our minds and share how we were feeling about dives and whether we had any issues causing us anxiety. She then worked with us to work through those anxieties so that we'd have a successful and fun dive. Everyone we encountered at Scuba Zen treated us like an old friend, we immediately felt comfortable. Dive here if you have the chance!
