I visited Bidar fort last week and it was not a good experience, since the fort is quite huge and proper sign board, guide was not there so it was hard to understand what exactly signifies about diff part of fort.

It is difficult to understand the history and details without proper sign and information boards. There are no guides. You can get short information from the museum if you visit if before seeing it. Open area not advised for old age and kids. Plan to...More

This palace is inside the fort, abandoned and has no guard or storyteller to add to the experience. The entrance was closed when I visited.

The Fort is under renovation by the ASI. A guide takes around the place and shows how the 13th century Fort is still alive

should have enough time to go through this very interesting portion of history.Books available in the office. Miniatures of all the portions could be seen at site. The symmetry and specially the arrange made for Vazu in mind blowing.

Nothing very distinctive about it. There's a dilapidated structure and thats pretty much about it. On can walk about of course when visiting the fort itself.
