A Nave means a boat, amongst other things. It means the big part of a church building or a warehouse. Both are upside down boats. This wine cooperative was built in 1919 and is in Catalan North African style and does look like a cathedral.

Most Catalán wine producing villages have an early 20th century nave or warehouse cooperative winery. They are termed Cathedrals of Wine. One of the most ornate is this one in little Nulles. They offer tours, evening sonnet lumiere shows and have a winery shop attached
