The visit last about 90 minutes, but all depends of your walking speed and wish of course.
You are walking along all miniatures of famous Catalans' buildings.
As an adult, I have been disappointed by the poor state of the miniatures who are suffering a lot under the sun and the time passing. But kids don't pay attention at that.
They are several interactive sites where kids can rush and press a button to see an animation.
Get sun cream and hat, it's fully exposed to the sun.

If you go there, plan to do Trees' climbing activity (Bosci Animati) !

After reading some of the negative comments on here I wasn't expecting to have a very nice time here. However I have ot say that I was pleasantly surprised. I think most of the negativity comes from the fact that it is considerably overpriced if you pay full price, but if you search on google you will find a really good offer that will give you entrance for 2 adults and 1 child of €13.50 instead of €36.50 which is quite a saving : you have to type "turisme baix llobregat cupons" into google and you will see the offers.
When we entered the park we immediately saw the mini train ride that goes round in a circle on the edge of the model area. My 7 year old wanted to go on it so we paid €5.50 which was a reasonalbe price for a fun ride.
As it was lunch time we then decided to eat our sandwiches. After reading the comments about the overpriced food in the bar we had come prepared and were glad that a picnic area is provided where you can sit down outside on benches.
Then we decided to follow the circuit and see the models. Basically you have to follow a one way route which curves it's way around quite a large area filled with models of famous and not so famous model buildings of catalunya. Overall my impression of the models was very positive. There must be at least 50 or more buildings with cars and little people etc and the thing my son loved the most was the fact that there were quite a few buttons to press which activated things like trains, cars and other features of the models. It was disappointing that some of these buttons didn't work but on the day we went it was exceptionally windy and I think that this had knocked over some of the trains. The overall quality of the models is very good, some of them look very realistic as you can see in some of the photos I have taken and we had great fun trying to spot some of the more familiar buildings. There were a few models in need of a bit of care and attention as obviously they are exposed to the elements. After walking around the models , which took us about 1 hour, we went to the cafe/bar/restaurant to have a coffee.
There is a whole other part of the park called "el bosc animat" which is basically an adventure play area in the trees a bit like "Go Ape " in the UK. This is divided into 4 areas with different levels of difficulty. We couldn't go on it as it was too windy but we would like to try it next time.
So, overall we spent a nice time in catalunya in miniature and would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a couple of hours in an interesting place, especially for families with young kids. It is overpriced but if you take advantage of the special offer then it's worth it.

Had a great day with our daughter . The place was beautiful, the buildings and gardens very pretty and the trains did work. Regarding the food we ate at the restaurant in front, as the food in the park looked pretty uninviting.
The FGC train and bus, to and fro were cheap and efficient. We paid a reasonable price for the lot.
In summary great day out with the kids. Those who moan about price should try and visit Casa Batllo, particularly those who are not locals.

It was blazing hot the day that we visited Catalunya en mniatura. There was very little shade. We went with a bunch of kids between 6 and 10, and they loved to push the buttons to set things in motion. It was quite small, our visited lasted about 1,5 hours. They were re-painting some of the models and we felt like they could have done that in April or May.

We paid €8 per kids and €11 for the adults.
The train that goes around the park is €1,5 extra. Overall, it was a nice experience but they should take better care of the park and invest in some new models. Since we are from Terrassa, the kids were quite disappointed that there wasn't any famous building from our city (such as Masia Freixa for example!)

Catalunya (Catalonia) is presented in "miniatures". I use "" since the size of some buildings are 2 or more meters tall so they are not so mini.

It's a very nice walk where you can admnire some of the more iconic buildings throughout the whole Catalonia and maybe make a decision of what do you want to visit next. Some of the buildings are interactive where you can push a button and something will happen: a train will start riding,...

I missed some new developments and the distribution is done without any logic and I would have expected some kind of geographical distribution or grouping.

However, the visit is super worthy and you will enjoy so much.

I would encourage you to plan the visit and the lunch and stop by the Masia that is across the parking lot.

It's called Can Balasch de Baix.

Catalonia in Miniature - very good place to spend time with your kid!
it situated in nice little town Torrelles (about a hour on the bus from Barcelona)
in the park are all significant buildings of Catalonia, also has moving model cars, trains and ships ... and there is an amusement park for children (Bosc Animat), a picnic area, a bar, a train to detour around the perimeter of the park

I advise to visit the small restaurant not far from the parking lot, there is a great wine and food!

This is great place to visit for family with little kids. Before going make sure all rides (i.e zip line etc) are open.
Little far from main city. We took L5 metro all the way to last stop of Cornelle Centre and then 15 minute uber ride to Catalunya en Miniatura. Waited 10 minutes to get uber at the metro.

The staff is extremely helpful.

This place was great. We learned about different buildings and sites all around Spain in a very special and cool way... miniaturized. My kids had fun feeling big in an area full of small things. Worth the trip!
