Lovely canal-side attraction, free entry, barges galore, shops with friendly staff who don't mither you when you are browsing. Expensive eating places tho.

A lovely picturesque and peaceful place not far from the centre of Derby. A lovely place for a walk or a spot of lunch in the many varied and great restaurants.

Shops were very nice but expensive. Would have liked to have a coffee in the cafe but husband on mobility scooter unable to gain access so went elsewhere. Staff in Chandelery shop very helpful. Will definitely come back to them
