We was here with child (1,5y) and it was fantastic when we go to the dark cave. Interest. This beautiful lagoon you must see :)

This cave takes a little effort to get to, a long tail boat ride across open water for over an hour. Once you do get there, the guides hand out life jackets and everyone swims into the pitch black cave. After about 5-10 minutes of swimming in the dark you, "see the light!" haha and there's nothing like it. Towering... More

Ask to go to this secret cave! Shamefully my waterproof camera broke and I couldn't take any pictures. My advice is bring a headlamp (waterproof) or have a guide that has one. A lifejacket if you aren't a strong swimmer. You swim through a dark cave for 10-15 minutes and end up on a secret beach! So magical !! I... More

There is a moment on the swim into the cave where the is no light at all.. swim ten feet further and you see the glow round the corner to your left and that gives the clue as to which way to go! First time i thought it was a dead end and swam back to find someone who knew... More

Fantastic visit to a very unique place, but take a longtail boat early in the morning to avoid the crowds later in the day.

We did a boat trip from Kantiang Beach Koh Lanta to 3 islands including Koh Mook and Emerald cave. There is an 80 metre swim through cave to beautiful place at other end. I am not a strong swimmer but crew were great and got me there. Also snorkelling and super BBQ on board . Well worth doing

Yesterday, my husband and I took a trip to 4 islands from Lanta. It was quite nice day Full of different activites, snorkling, swimming on the beach and driving from one island to another one. As we come from Croatia, we are used on beautiful see sights and beaches that offer Croatian coast, but Emerald Cave is natural phenomena that... More

We rented a kayak from Charlies beach and went out to the cave. When we got there, there was a boat with two guards who told us we had to pay 200 bath each (!!!) to enter the cave...that felt like a robbery/scam so we went for the beach around the corner instead... On the way back the guards were... More

We went to the cave, just before high season. There were waves of 4m high where we have to swim through. But ik made the surprise we found inside even better. After big waves and almost no space in the cave, we arrived on a private beach, surrounded by 100m cliffs. The little jungle inside made it complete. We stayed... More
