I have absolute pleasure going to Dr Rafeenna at liv Ayurveda regarding my disc issues. She listened all the concerns very well and prescribed me herbal supplements with massage treatment.
She explained me vata, pita, kapha ie Air, fire , and water how these elements create imbalance when we don't take care of our diet. All the Therapists are very well trained and the ambiance of the clinic is calm. My disc mobility has improved and am able to do my normal activities without help. I highly recommend this service to anyone suffering from body pains or hormone imbalances.

Had a great experience. I had consulted many Ayurveda health centre, regarding my health issues and I was not contempt with the treatment. Then one of my friend had suggested me Liv Ayurveda. I could really feel the change after the treatment from there. Hospitality and ambience of the the health centre was so good . I would highly recommend Liv Ayurveda for anyone who is in search of Ayurveda treatment.

I have no words to describe how Dr. Rafeena and her team have changed my life. Everyone is extremely qualified, the environment is excellent, clean and organized. The staff is very well trained and kind. I believe that for my treatment, I could not have been in a better place. Thank you all very much. 🙏🏻

Thank you Liv Ayurveda and Dr Rafeena, I am truly grateful and will always be forever grateful for turning my physical, mental and emotional health around in the past 17 months and still going. I have seen various practitioners and done a variety of programs and haven't been able to get my health to where you have gotten me right now. Within 6 months, brain fog, low energy, feeling sluggish, self harm, sucidal thoughts, irregular periods, constipation /diaherra, bloatedness, gas and intense stomach pains and cramps was healed. Within 11 months my ecezma and constant itchiness reducec from at 10/10 to a 2/10. I am still on my healing journey to return to optimal health. A beautiful clinic with relaxing treatments especially shirodhara, effective detoxes and lovely staff and service.
I would highly recommend Liv Ayurveda and Dr Rafeena to anyone who has a physical, mental or emotional challenges and seeking for a spirtual, authentic, wise, knowledgeable and experienced practitioner to help them achieve their health goals. I know and have faith that Dr Rafeena will be able to help you as she did with me as she tailors the treatment to each individual where they are at.
At Liv Ayurveda, I haven't met such an amazing, kind hearted, passionate and experienced ayurvedic practioner as Dr Rafeena who truly cares and goes above and beyond the extra mile to support her clients based on their needs.

It was a wonderful experience.
Knowledgeable and highly experienced Doctor combined with excellent practitioners makes the treatment sessions/consultations exceptional.
I would highly recommend Liv Ayurveda for people struggling with any kind of health issues.
