Tried the new beer "standup" ,(pun based on the use of the jester hops). Excellent addition to the Wickwar range and perfect for the coming summer. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time listening to knowledgeable enthusiasts of their local produced beers and thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the brewery. Definitely return here.

I knew the BOB was an excellent beer to have when my son and son-in-law came for Christmas in previous years and so ordered again. Unfortunately Wickwar and me were initially let down by delivery. However, all was well as a second consignment arrived in...More

We went on the tour last Saturday morning. At first we wondered if we had come to the right place as it looked like a garage from the outside, but that is only where you meet to have your drinks. It is a basic tour...More

Just travelling past when the brewery came into view and being a real ale lover my husband turned round and back we went. Really interesting place and apparently the beer was top notch!

My wife and I really enjoyed our interesting and informative tour round the brewery. Although it was cold when we undertook the tour, the highlight was the friendly atmosphere in the tasting shack across the road from the actual brewery. Lots of really enjoyable Wickwar...More

The Wickwar brewery tour should be avoided. It is not valve for money and extremely disappointing. The ‘tour’ consists of first visiting their ‘shop’ where you can sample some beer. The shop is in fact a very dirty, disorderly shed that on a cold day...More

HI Edfud, We are so sorry you didn't enjoy our tour. Most attendees enjoy the 'rustic' nature of the tour and really relish in visiting the historic buildings our brewery and shop are situated within. This is reflected in our over 90% 'Excellent' rating on...More

My Wife bought this as a birthday present and it was very informative and thoroughly enjoyable. Our host was excellent and clearly knew his stuff. As a previous reviewer has said, it's split into 2 parts. The 1st was about the history and the second...More

Our tour was a surprise in many ways. First, there were around 50 people booked on - for some bizarre reason I was expecting eight or ten. Then, as you arrive you're presented with a pint of BOB, in a nice Wickwar branded glass (glass,...More
