If you want to visit a stunning beach with surf that isn't crowded with people but does have life guards then this one should fit the bill. The life guards monitor the surf and any rips , placing flags in the safe to swim areas....More

This is a good beach located far away from hustle and bustle of Patong. If you like still quieter then head to nearby Ao Sane or Ya Nui beaches.

Apparently was told by the locals that this is the most beautiful beach and cleanest beach in Phuket. As such we requested to visit this place with our driver. A good 40 minutes drive from patong through whiny road up and down hills. But it...More

Came here with a friend and it was one of the nicest beaches I have been too. The sand was fine and comfortable, the beach was not at all crowded, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the water and view were AMAZING!...More

Definitely a beach to visit in my book. Its lesser crowded than some of the other beaches and that for me makes it more attractive. The waters are cristal clear with not so much as a ripple. That makes it perfect for swimming and lazing...More

Hello. Has anyone experienced jellyfish stings on this beach, or seen any (bluebottles etc)? I am planning a trip with my family of young children and am concerned with some reports. Thank you.

Hi there, We did not see any jelly fish here, but there are so called 'sea lice' in the water all around the island. They are invisible to the naked eye, but they can give you a very little electric shock type of sting. They... More
I went to Nai Harn Beach a few years ago and had a wonderful day renting a lounge chair and umbrella on the beach, eating lunch at a restaurant on the sand under the trees and getting a Thai massage. Now I'm hearing all these amenities are no longer there. Is this true?

You can still rent chairs. There's just not as many as prior years. You can't buy beers on the actual beach but the restaurants are still there. You have to walk up and get your own beers. It's a better experience with a... More

I've read conflicting reports whether there are sunbeds on this beach. Some refer to there only being mats and parasols to rent others state there are sunbeds and umbrellas. Is anybody able to update whether there are any sunbeds for hire on Nai Harn.

Hi Jim. I was there in late January. There were only mats and umbrellas. If there were beds I certainly didn't see any.
