Very nice pub The landlord and landlady try to put things on for the villagers and their efforts are appreciated. A shame more people don’t support them as it is seldom busy except when food is served.

I visited for a bar meal last week and it was very good and tasty at a cheap price. The drink I had with my meal was also very good so I would visit again.

It was like going back in time "great", you cannot beat the old traditional pub.Good pint and a very pleasant meal, with nice company, what more do you want. Food, good home cooking.Just one small point, don't think the Yorkshire puds were home made. Will defiantly visit again
