DeSurin Health Spa is a heavenly experience. After a careful consultation on pain points, particularly acute in my case after lengthy horseback riding excursions, I was treated with due care and Khun Mam's massage relieved many stress points. The environment is serene, music and oils are well thought through. The massage is highly recommended and a divine experience.

I’m a mother of 2. After I gave birth to my second child my body and lower back bone haven’t been the same. My youngest one is now 5 years old so I’ve been carrying aches and pain for sometime, and working full time does not help. Therefore I always try to find a good place that understand the muscles and knots on the body. Without needing to tell her so much she already knew where I had the problems. Slowing easing the knots one by one, I came out feeling much better and much lighter. I went in with numbness on one side of my body, I came out feeling rejuvenated. Of course in Thailand there are many places that offer cheap Thai massage but if you have a problem that need fixing like me then look no further. Will definitely come back again!

Well since we entered we felt so welcomed, the receptionist was so happy and gentle to us.

Very good service with professional masseuse at a reasonable price.
I had Thai hot oil massage and it was a good treatment for my chronic muscle pain as well as a good relaxation. Definitely will go back again.

Sadly, it is a big scam. Disappointing is the best word to describe my experience in this massage place.The worst thing you wanted to happen in your trip is having that moment of “feeling screwed or feeling fooled”. When we firstly arrived, the place seems super empty- no customer at all(now we know the reason why, but too late). The place seems clean and has nice decoration which is the initial selling point to us. But their Thai traditional massage is obviously overpriced (compared with massage places around) so we were not sure. The reception lady was super welcome with her super big smile, keep selling us different massages,prepare us slippers and then she told us we could get “ buy two get one free” offer. With this offer, the price seems relatively acceptable so we decided to give it a go. I wanted be fair and objective in here - the massage itself wasn’t too bad and I did enjoy it ( feedbacks was shared in the customer feedback card). After the massage, the reception lady gave us the receipt and mentioned explicitly that we could get a free message if we come back. She also asked us if she could take a photo of me and my husband, with full trust we said yes. Then two days later when we went back to the store again (empty again with no customer), the SAME reception lady changed completely with a different face and an angry look ( no smile, no welcome,no slippers prepared) when we entered into the store. She said the offer is not applicable and we cannot use it. I was shocked with her double faces and whole behaviour change with negative energy. More importantly, this ruined our initial idea of having peaceful mind and relaxing body in the spa place. We decided to leave the place without arguing. However, my mood was strongly affected. At the end, tourist comes to Thailand is not just because of price but because of lovely Thai people with kind heart and having peaceful mind with nice weather, which is priceless compared with anything else. From business perspective, I’m not sure the reception lady is the business owner or not. I felt a bit sad for the employees who are doing massage for us, they got some good skills but the way that reception lady treat customers ruin the trust and therefore won’t allow the store have big volume of customers. Also, to the business owner, please do not use our photo anywhere as we don’t want to support and advertise a business without integrity and fooled customers. When you break the trust from customers, you break the brand of your business. It is very frustrating and disappointing for customers who decided to trust you in the first place.

Great massage, kind and considerate staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The place was very clean. We came back 4 times over our two week stay. All three of us enjoyed our time here. Thank you very much.
