伏牛山地質公園是由幾個縣一連片的世界地質公園，主體在雙龍鎮和北邊的縣城連綿的群山，屬於秦嶺山脈東端。自然景觀俊美秀麗，包括北邊的灌河老界嶺，雙龍鎮的恐龍地質博物館伏牛山等，特別是恐龍博物館，建築大氣有趣，還可以深入地下看到幾萬年前遺留在土層中的蛋化石。

整个伏牛山地质公园很大，包括了很多子景区，如老界岭，龙潭沟等，绵延几十公里，跨越南阳洛阳两地三个县。但游客一般从西峡玩的比较多。一次玩不够，值得再去。

不错啊啊啊
去伏牛山很偶然，在经过那里的长途客车上，有人说那是伏牛山，我一看，还不错，后来和爸爸妈妈一起去了，此然山并不高，但还是不错的。
