We visited Parc Asterix instead of Disneyland this year as our children are older and all Disneyed out! It was a lovely change. If we were to compare it to a park in the uk it's probably on par with Alton Towers. The largest queue was probably about an hour but on average no more than 1/2 hour. It's a... More

We visited this place twice already and loved it a lot. It is less crowded than Disneyland and has great attractions. Enjoyed every bit of the experience.

We've done Disney and it was so, well, Disney. Parc Asterix provides a superb alternative at a far lower price. The queues were short in the main; the rides themselves were almost universally excellent - the one exception to this was the Ghost Train which saw the longest queue of the day for a disappointing experience. The "gladiator" show is... More

Great park for all ages, we visited with the grandkids on Good Friday (14th April 2017). The kids were not that impressed to begin with as they had had to queue quiet a lot whilst we were at Disney Land Paris, and 3, 4 & 5 year olds don't do queuing very well. Once we got into the park the... More

Travel direct to Parc Asterix by its own exit on the A1, dead easy to find. Excellent , well laid out and brilliant value for money , less than 100 euros for a family ticket. It has rides to match Disney but with smaller queues , its as good as Gullivers World at home in the UK. Food is just... More

The food is good at the stalls, even the coffee from machines is good too. Don't forget to book your restaurant during the morning. I get very annoyed at queue cutters and must be one of the few people who challenge them. If you are prepared to be passed by 10-20 people per 60 min wait then all will be... More

Enjoyable relaxing day after a few days touring the countryside and visiting the cities. My 7 year old enjoyed it enough to persuade me to change our plans to return the next day

Spending the day at Parc Asterix is a great way to give the kids a break from doing the regular tourist fare in Paris. Relative to EuroDisney, Parc Asterix is a bargain. There is currently a promotion on where children under the age of 12 get in free with a paying adult. The three of us cost 98 euros whereas... More

It was something crazy and nice, we enjoyed a lot all the thrilling attractions. It is much more interesting than Disneyland if you are above 18 years old.

Visited many, many times over the years, the latest being on what I think was the opening weekend of the season in April. It's based on the French cartoon 'Asterix The Gaul' obviously and there are lovely quaint streets and squares as you would expect from a theme park. Loads of places to eat, fast food, sit down diners and... More
