This is a must if you are visiting Isla Colón! You can get from downtown walking (1hr), renting a bike (25mins), by bus ($3.50/person) or by taxi ($5/person). Very strong waves when the swell hits the area. It can be dangerous for people not knowing...More

Perfect if you enjoy beach walks. It is about 30 minutes by taxi from Bocas town. The road can be really bad after a tropical rain shower. I had problems to dry my clothing so don’t bring your best clothing.

11+Km from town and half of that on a really rough sand/rock/dirt road. But don't let that stop you. It's beautiful out there. Saw 3 sloths, great waves, not super for swimming as it's really rough. Paradise nonetheless and one of the best beaches in...More

What a beautiful beach. Soooo long you can not see the end of it. Perfect for surfing when the waves are right. And if there are no waves you can swim there for sure.

Playa Bluff is amazing, has one of the best waves at bocas del toro, water is warm, don’t need a wetsuit, bring your on food, water and sun screen.
