We had no idea that this amazing sculpture garden was so close to our hotel, but were delighted to visit it late one afternoon. As fans of Niki de Sante Phalle, we were enchanted by this madcap creation; the juxtaposition of her multicoloured, joyous sculptures...More

So unexpected in the middle is Tuscany. Modern, bright and imaginative the tarot garden captures the imagination and transports you to a world of playful fantasy. The creation of Nikki de St Phalle that garden is a must see for anyone with an "inner child".

It's a fascinating place with the sculpture-installations of Niki de Saint Phalle, perfect for an afternoon trip in the Tuscan countryside both for adults and families. Enjoy the magic atmosphere of this unique world created around the Tarot characters.

French artist Nikki de St Phalle's Tuscan garden peopled with multi-coloured gigantic figures and structures, you can walk into and under. A cross between Gaudi and Picasso, but a celebration above all of women, with many supersize St Phalle "nanas" . She uses tiny, intricate...More

For s totally different Tuscan experience you should visit Nikki de St Phalle's tarot garden. If the pop art design doesn't quite enthuse you, an appreciation of the engineering behind the construction will provide food for thought. I was glad we went there.

There is a souvenir shop. Small, but with really good selection of things to buy, they are not cheap, but quality is fine.
