Fortunately I was staying next to this amazing venue but unfortunately my trip was only 2 nights!! I decided to stop off for a spot of lunch before my airport transfer and I’m so glad I did !! The venue is so quirky and the service is very attentive with a calming aura which only compliments the surroundings of Lajares!! I opted for the beef arepa and glad I did as it was delicious 😋 and the owner informed me it was a typical dish of Venezuela, I could’ve ate another one but didn’t want to portray myself as a glutton lol 😝 I sat in the tranquil ambiance sipping on a few beers and then finished off with a bombon coffee ... only I had a bus to catch I would’ve extended my stay but I did leave word with my other roommates to visit it, which they did and reported they were also nothing but impressed 👌🏻 Beautiful spot that I look forward to returning to as soon as I can 🙌🏻 Thank you for being so special ❤️…

This is just an amazing place with the most beautiful warm people we have ever been in the world. You just have to go there to see and experience it for yourself. It's as though you are transported into another world where people are Human once more - a hippy haven paradise for the inner hippy in all of us. We have eaten vege wraps with home made bread, home made fries from fresh potatoes mixed with crispy onions, deep fried cheese wraps, and a whole fresh tuna fillet in a home made burger bun with all the trimmings. They have a very good menu for everyone, whether vege, fish or meat and the atmosphere is chilled to say the least.…

We visited the place after a hike at the Calderon, as it's located just at the start/end of the hiking path, just outside of town. We only had a beer, but the menu looked delicious! The owner was friendly and nice to us, the place is nice and very easy-going. They have parking spaces just in front so it's super comfortable to reach.…
