From many offert from thai travel island travel, i think they are one of the most organised agency, and they have also clean offices, clean " breakfast*, not impolite. Of course they must and they can improove, but they are good, polite and if you are with kids is important to have good conditions and clean food, good boat etc. Try them!

The Islands: The 7 hours transport from phuket to the islands are not worth it. The Time was very limited in each stop and the islands were overcrowded. Speedboat: We was 42 passagers + 6 staff in a very small boat! Some passagers had to sit on each others it was disgusting and very dangerous. Expect back pain for the rest of the week. Food: Breakfast was very good but the lunch is disguesting. Just see the pictures. We was expecting some sea food or at least something clean. But they gave us spaguetti and rice. The spaguetti sauce was not a real sauce, it was KETCHUP!!! and the fried chicken was like cooked 3 days ago. Really not eatable. We recemend bringing your own food. Staff: Not frendly at all.

We booked tour from lady in Khao Lak, picked up and delivered to wharf on time. We were allocated boat with English speaking, although most were German. Our group only 14 of us, fast and bumping to first spot. The snorkelling here was great, lots of beautiful coloured fish and coral. More boats came and ended up getting kicked by people either unaware or unconcerned about it. Then next island for a swim, beautiful. the next spot was meant for snorkelling but too rough, they went to another spot where we could snorkel and sea calmer. Lunch was at one of the islands, given lunch box and fruit which was very nice. Little hard at times getting on and off as I have knee not working too good at present. The staff were so good helping me. on the way back we had choppy seas, then got hit by two massive storms, handed life vests etc. Then the motor cut out, the petrol pump was damaged and could not get us back with the amount of petrol through one engine. They flagged down one of their other boats, all Russians, and we had to transfer in the ocean to the other boat. I was scared I could not get to the next boat, which was being held to our boat but the staff, they waited for waves not hiting and transferred me to the other boat. They were kind and patient and really appreciate the care they took. I would like to say, this could happen to any boat and not just them but would like to say thank you to them for our sea rescue. When we got back to shore had to climb up a ladder to get off boat, did this quite easily, think I was looking for land. They had noodles, tea, coffee, biscuits and coconut ice cream waiting for us. This was my husbands birthday, on the rescue boat they sang him happy birthday. Must say the islands are lovely, the crowds terrible but supplied us with an interesting day of people watching, so many selfie sicks.

One word review - Bland. I found this tour to be neither good nor bad. Would I like to do it again with Andaman Sea Travel? No Met some nice people on the trip from Egypt and Poland so it was not a total waste.

My partner and I wanted to try snorkelling during our trip to Phuket and we heard Similan has one of the clearest waters around the region. Choosing a tour was the tedious part - we probably looked at more than 5 vendors before deciding on Andaman Sea Sun Travels. We paid 2000THB each, which to us was fair considering Similan was further out than Phi Phi. The whole process from pickup to island hopping to drop off was very efficient, the small group (20pax~) probably helped in that. We snorkelled at 2 spots, and had plenty of free time to chill at the others. The guides were very helpful - like that time we were snorkelling at one of the islands and they shouted TURTTTTLE so everyone immediately tried to keep their eyes peeled for the shy creature. Bonus points for using reusable plastic ware for their lunch boxes and also their coconut ice cream was THE BOMB (they serve it when you return to the pier) seriously never found another better one during the rest of our days in Phuket.
