Amazing Amazing Amazing
Nov 2018 • Friends
This place is amazing. It is so clean and was recommended to us because we were staying at Chabana Resort. They were kind enough to give us 10% off. I signed up for the Thai package. They had so many good packages to choose from. I went it with an ankle injury that was making my vacation terrible and came out with it feeling brand new! She found knots I didn't know I had, they were so kind greeting us and providing tea before and after. They have some of their products you can purchase to take home as well. The steam bath and body scrub made me feel baby smooth and my massage and compress just rejuvenated my energy and took away all the stress I was carrying around. I am a large girl and didn't fit into the uniform they required but they let me not wear it and made me feel very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and they take care of their place. I recommend to everyone to go here. They also picked us up and dropped us off from the hotel. It was AMAZING!!!

Fantastic relaxation
Oct 2016
The place is clean, quiet and offers great packages, using Jurlique (authentic!) products. Noi at reception is very helpful and Pond has golden hands! One of my best ever massages

Nice Spa with personal service
Mar 2016
My partner and I went for the 1st time to Chaba Spa at the beginning of March, after it was recommended to us by the club manager of our hotel.
Right from the very beginning the experience was positive, A large car was sent to pick us up to the hotel and was also available to take us back, it was always punctual.
Chaba building is locate on the side of a large Laguna with the reception on the left and a nice "walk" on the right, along the swimming pool, to the treatment area.
The house is large and well kept, the reception area spacious, pleasantly furnished with big and comfortable armchairs, nicely decorated with large flowers.
Drinks were given on arrival and also fruits at the end of the treatments.
The treatments rooms were serene, immaculately clean, with big window looking at the water, pleasant beds and relaxing music. Bathrooms were also very nice and well appointed.
We ended up having 4 treatments: a manicure, a pedicure and 2 aromatic full body massages lasting 90min each.
The treatments were administered by the same therapists, 2 lovely lady calm, competent, caring, friendly and smiley. They were supervised by an another lady that was in charge of suggesting and advising the best course of action for each ache or discomfort.
The prices seemed to us fair.

Not what was expecting
Jul 2015 • Family
Family of 6 adults and 2 child, visited late July. Went there expecting a spa experience, but... Well we booked at 9:30pm, ok is late but if you accepted it then please give us what we paid.
We paid full rate but it was more of a massage in a room. No welcome drink, no water features, nothing. It was welcome and this way to the rooms, voilà, cest tout!
Would I recommend? No, just go outside the Laguna entrance and is almost identical, except not as big.

Manicure & Pedicure
Jun 2015 • Couples
I went on two occasions to Chaba - one for a manni & one for a pedi and was very happy with the results. They sent a car to pick us up, drop us off and were very professional with their service. They use quality products & disinfected their implements each time before use. They use OPI nail products which have lasted almost two weeks so far so i am happy with that. It wasn't super cheap - about 800 thai bahn each time but they were a professional organisation.

Very pricey and poor quality
Jun 2015 • Couples
We had the misfortune of going to that spot. It was very pricey. A manicure and a pedicure cost me about US$100. The quality of the management of care was very poor. The cuticles were not cleaned properly and the nail polish came off the very next day. Please stay away.

Not the best spa experience, but one of the rare choices around Laguna area
Nov 2014 • Friends
We were on a trip to a friend's wedding in Phuket. During the time between the ceremony and the dinner banquet, my friends and I happened to 'squeeze' some time to visit in Chaba Spa. Honestly it wasn't the best experience but we managed to find available slots on the day without booking in advance. We tried to walk into Oasis Spa but they were fully booked. One of my friend did foot massage, 1200 baht exc tax, whilst another friend did coconut oil massage which was 1500 baht exc tax. I happened to try Traditional Thai massage with a friend which costed 1200 baht exc tax. Though the skills of the therapists weren't too delicate and the massage didn't feel as good as other ones, the ambience and environment was clean and decent. Also there is a new view from the room. So I would say an overall rating of 4.
