Phang Nga Bay is a must for any James Bond fan. It is in this close vicinity that 'The Man with the Golden Gun' was partly filmed. The area made of limestone is incredibly stunning to look at. The actual islet where the filming took place is called Khao Phing Kan, and your first view of these rocks brings the film immediately back to mind. The drawback is that the area is very touristy. Luckily Phang Nga Bay is 40 miles north of Phuket, which at least cuts the numbers of tourists down.
