Hello. I’m concerned that there might be something wrong. I got a combo massage which includes aromatic massage and shoulder & back massage. I thought it’s normal that you got a man masseur, so I didn’t ask for changing to a female. Here’s the weird part. He pulled down my pants down to my hips, kept rubbing up and down, and spread my butt cheeks. He also ran his hands from my butt to my back with fingers also touched my nipples. I feel like I got molest.. I told him to stop and change to leg part. Then he ran his hands near the edge of my private part.. I know I’m too naive to think that this is normal. And I should have ask for a female therapist. They didn’t notice me it would be a man. I thought he only washed my feet. Not until I got to the room and thought, massage by a man in thailand is normal. So I ended my 2hrs section in to 1hr. It keeps bothering me.

On a family trip with my 28 yr old son in Dec 2019.
Booked a massage for each of us, and were told to come back later.
We did, and were asked if we minded sharing a room to which we both said a vehement no!
20 mins later we go up3 floors to find they wanted us in the same room. Totally bizarre!
They had several rooms but they had cleaned them up for the next day and refused to let us have any privacy.
Tried to reason with the receptionist but to no avail.
In the end I ended up walking back to my hotel at 11 pm by myself.

This is the worst massage place on the planet, and I am someone who goes get massages weekly. Read all the negative reviews before you go: very dirty upstairs, the rooms are very small and feel congested, the staff are rude. Most of all, during our massage, the room next door had children who made constant noises and kept banging on the door. I inquired about why this is allowed, and imagine how the rude manager replied to me? She said children are allowed into the spa and they can make noise! If you want a loud circus, come here. The moment we stepped in, it was already crowded downstairs with people screaming in complete chaos. That should have been a red flag. Then you walk upstairs to a dirty scene, smelly, with trash everywhere in the hallway. This place deserves negative stars, not one star. It was the biggest mistake of my month long trip to Thailand. Trust me and read the negative reviews carefully before you go, and run out as fast as you can! You are welcome.

Kim’s massage and spa at Patong is the worst place I have ever experienced in Phuket within 10 years of my vacations in Thailand. We made an appointment for 4 persons for 3 hours treatment each. We came 15 minutes before the appointed time, however they accused us for being late for one hour. The personnel was very rude and offered other treatment program which they had available. To have a long story short the service was very poor, just waste of time and money. So, think twice if you choose this place to “relax”, and ask for a note stating the appointed date and time and the treatment you choose when you book it in advance.

I have nothing bad to say about it, the entire time I was happy and comfortable. Inside the interior is very nice modern and showcases Thai culture. The staff are very friendly from the moment you enter till the moment you leave their premises. The treatments are all reasonably priced and they do an excellent job. The staff do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable the entire time and hygiene is a top priority for them. The place is very clean and once you’re done with your treatments they provide you with a few snacks as a farewell gift. I highly recommend this place as someone who has been to many spas this is one of my favorites. If you’re a tourist please don’t waste your money in hotel spas, you would rather come here and get excellent service. Thank you Kim’s spa for a wonderful and memorable time!

Absolutly and totally delighted by my masseuse Wo-En, not only charming but also extremely good be it for the massage or for the pedicure/manicure. My wife was also pleased with hers.
As many people wrote Kim's is a chain with 8 shops around Phuket. We went to N°9 which has a very nice decor full of greenery. Highly recommended... especially with Khun Wo-En.

We visited Kim's Massage 5, in Phangnga road. We all agreed it was the best massage ever, our group did foot massage, Thai massage, and I did Back & Shoulder massage with herbal balm, and it was the best feeling I ever had! Such expertise! It was a massage with special care to back and shoulder with special herbal balm which had pleasant cold sensation, and also treatment to the legs, hands, arms, head and neck. It wasn't too strong, it felt just right, and I'm amazing how good and professional they were. The best massage I ever had! Thank you so much for your care and attention! ♥️♥️

Been suffered from office syndrome for quite a while and decided to come here for treatment which i haven’t expected it’s gonna be this good, thank you for Pa’ Aew (ป้าแอ๋ว) who treated me really great, i feel so much better now and from my experience that I’ve got massage to fix my office syndrome, here is the best massage that i have ever had, will keep coming back.

What's a trip to Thailand if you didn't head over for a massage after a long day out of non stop walking! We done some quick search in Google for one of the more reputable Massage and Spa and Kim's came out as one of the top few choices, so we decided to drop by for a visit.
Went for the Aromatherapy massage for about 2 hours and it was great! Really had a relaxing massage and I felt a lot more recharged after doing so. Especially since you have done a lot of water sports and being exposed under the sun for so long. This is really a well deserved indulgence!
Will recommend people to drop by!

Highly professional clean & tidy also relaxing & good value for money. Me daughter & niece had 90 min massage each. They had Thai & I had sports massage. Amazingly effective. Also the main Kim’s is a greet location lots of coffee & chocolate shops in the area!
