Awesome performance and dinner show
Oct 2019
This is a definite must when visiting Phuket. The dinner, the animals, the performance and the ambience were all worth it.

What can I say. It's our 3rd time in Phuket and we are kicking ourselves for not having seen this sooner. Simply amazing! The costumes and stage are fantastic and the story is easy for everyone to follow! Do yourself a favour and go see it!!!

This show was full of surprises. It had amazing characters that came to life. A year later, we are still talking about it.

Good show but nothing spectacular
Apr 2019
We attended the show in April 2019. Had heard good things about it from friends and family. Online reviews were also great.

We liked the show but it wasn't an out of the world experience that the reviews had us believe. May be our expectation was set too high.

The show is well choreographed and executed with finesse. The stage, the special effects and the drama are all done very well. Worth seeing it for sure.

We ate buffet dinner at the show. It was quite pathetic with hardly anything worth eating. There are no eating places in the vicinity so you have to eat there buffet. If you are from India, skip the Indian food. It's horrible.

It's better to buy tickets with dinner as it works out cheaper.

About visit

The show was really great, we were greeted with a smiling face, welcome to our show, it was very good, only the food section price was high, the food selection we had was less than Turkish food, I hope we can find more varieties for our next visit

Best cultural show on earth
Mar 2020
After booking this tour and reading their brochure stating "The Show You Must See Once in your Lifetime" I was expecting something out of this world and I was not disappointed. What they did not oversell though was that the dinner that we had booked first was some of the best Thai food I had in my whole 6 days. The restaurant setting is very cafeteria style with buffets set out in international cuisine sections catering for every country. Following the amazing food we then did the Thai village walk experiencing life in the old Siam with interactive houses and costumed staff to explain each experience. Saving the best to last was the amazing show. WOW!!!!
Their claim that this show is one of the largest in the world is not a lie but to see a canal water scene open up on the stage with young children playing by the waters edge and one actually jump into the water and disappear while canoes glide by as the old peasants sell their wares from their canoes and then disappear off stage was honestly the most amazing stage set I have ever seen. To top that off with the story unfolding of how the seasons influenced their lives it then rains on stage. Do not miss this show from the Elephant War Dance to the greatest show on earth I would return to see this show again.

An amazing show, cultural, entertaining - appeals to all.
Feb 2020
The outside entertainment and displays before the inside show is excellent - a wander around typical and older Thai village areas, Thai Boxing, traditional dancing and the elephant war parade. Elephants are just walking and you are able to interact with them - no ethical problems.
The theatre itself is the best ever visited - and we've seen a few - water on stage(lake and real rain) with the almost wrap around stage and entertainment. The stories through time are educational, entertaining and all languages are catered for. Performers delightful including the audience as and when appropriate. Animals used (goats, oxen & chickens) but again no problems with the way they were used.
A great evening., made nicer as the cast were all around afterwards, photo opportunities abound.
