Had a lot of fun on two hour ATV tour. Got collected promptly from hotel. Had clear brieefing and training. Drinks, fruits and snacks.
The course itself was fun, muddy and at times challenging. Managed to do it with child passenger in front. Guide was very patient and haelpful. We all had a blast.
They take pictures of you which were good quality action shots which were worth 100 THB each.

Overall great experience.

We went there for one hour tour. It was worth it. The terrain is good and isn't tough even if you are a beginner. The guide makes sure that you are comfortable and keeps a check on you time to time. It was fun and a good adventure. Would definitely recommend if you like to go for adventurous activities.

Went for 2 hour Atv drive, even thou it was raining hard we had a blast as made it more fun due to everything flooded😂 staff was excellent and Atv was great condition. Had a blast in the enclosed park, but more expensive than the atv near big Buddha but this is well worth it as have all sorts of terrain. If you just want atv then this is the place to go

We did the 1 hour atv tour, bridge challenge and flying fox. The latter 2 activities were a bit lame compared to others we have done. The quad bike tour was a bit of fun, 1 hour was plenty. It’s expensive for what you get.

On our recent trip to Karon, my fiancé and I did an elephant trekking/monkey show/Big Buddha trip with this company. Everything except the monkey show was without any problem and as expected. However, the monkey show was another thing. There were two monkeys, one was "Johnny" and the other one unnamed. They both had steel rings around their necks, attached to a chain held closely and tightly by the "trainer". The monkeys performed their "tricks" but the second monkey had sheer fear in his eyes - almost pleading with us to get him out of there. At the conclusion of the performance, we left the hut and were waiting to go to Big Buddha when we heard screaming coming from the hut. We looked through a gap between the wall and the roof to see the "trainer" kicking the second and older monkey and the monkey was the one screaming. We were so distressed by this form of cruelty that we decided to do a review to stop people paying to see such a cruel act. Surely a better form of training could be carried out with a reward, rather than abuse! Whilst we are only two people who may have witnessed this behaviour, by writing a review we could prevent hundreds of people from attending performances of this type and continuing the abuse to the poor caged animals. DON'T GO THERE.

My boyfriend and I decided to go quad biking and saw that ATV had good recommendations. The experience itself was fine and the staff seemed friendly and courteous.

On arrival, we left a wallet and car keys in a locker with a padlock, and took the key with us. When we left we went straight to fill up our car with petrol and while we were paying, noticed there was some money missing.

That morning, we had taken out 12,000 baht from an ATM and paid the guys at ATV 2,000 baht that we owed them for the hour session. We noticed that 4,000 baht was missing when we went to the petrol station. We checked our online banking, entire car and all our pockets with no sign of the money. There is no way it could have been anywhere else or that such a large sum could have just been misplaced.

Anyway, there was little we could do about what happened but it certainly ruined the experience for us and will make us be far more cautious in the future about leaving money in a 'locked' cupboard.

The Phang Nga 3 hour ATV tour with atvphuket is one of our all time favourite tours, we do this tour at least 3 times each time we visit Phuket. The tour is held off Phuket Island in Phang Nga Province, ample food, soft drinks and transfers are included in the price.

Before the tour there is a safety briefing, the bikes are checked and you are shown how to use the gears, brakes, steering etc. Then there are a few laps of riding the bikes & if you are not capable you will not be allowed to ride!

This company is very safety conscious!

The tour was just fantastic we are riding on off road trails past local farms, plantations, through the jungle and remote villages. Then we come to a huge muddy section, so much fun! Soon we come to the section we enter the river, it is all very safe & the lead guide will tell you what gear to put the bike into etc the sights are amazing; in places it got quite deep so we had to hug the bank. After quite a while of riding in the water we go back onto land and turn a corner.

It just keeps getting better, in front of us in the middle of nowhere is a beautiful waterfall. Our guides set up soft drinks, water, fruit, biscuits and chocolates for us, then everyone hits the water.

Its absolutely freezing, just perfect and so refreshing.

Little did we know that our day was going to get even better!!
We are going up to the peak of the mountain.

Most of the way up is on a cement road, we would pull over when cars or bikes were coming not that there were many, or when cows, ducks, chickens or goats would decide to cross near us.

Once at the top of the mountain its time for a drink break and time to look around and take photos of the beautiful views, I cant believe how high up we have come, its just fantastic.
Then its time to get into low speed for the descent, we leave the cement road and head back into the jungle, in the distance we can see a huge dark area which we are heading for, it’s a massive rubber tree plantation, an instant cooling effect as the sun cannot get all the way through.

After our descent we once again pass many local villages where children (and their parents) would come running out waving to us.

We did not want this tour to end but sadly after 3 hours riding around Phang Nga province we are back at the starting point. Once again plate after plate of delicious sandwiches, fruits and drinks are bought out.

I cannot recommend the 3hr Phang Nga ATV tour highly enough, it is a fun filled tour with magnificent sights along the way, the photos tell the story.

We will always take friends and family on the Phang Nga tour each time we visit Phuket.
Just make sure you book with the right company as there are a lot of atv places in Phuket & we have been with some bad ones. ATV Phuket are the best!!!

Not good, need to be improved or (?)

I don't know why so many people make good reviews on it, perhaps they haven't seen anything exciting on their life

1) I took a part in 2 hour ATV on Phuket, but I wish i visited 3 hour tour in Phang-Nga. I have different experience - and also ATV experience in Vietnam, so for ME - I thought how not to fall asleep.
Let me explain - imagine you have round track field in front of your house or nearby, if you what to run like husein bolt this is enough - you can run so many laps as you want as faster as you can , but if you want positive emotions, excellent adventure experience and you are not a kid - BORING bored. You will have limited area to drive (like yard) - you like making circles? How many? 1,2,3,4? It's up to you. You want more adventure experience? Not here.

2) I have experience on 2 seat ATV, so I wouldn't say it is 2 seat atv, - it is 1 seat ATV, adult (!!!) passenger even don't have space for feet and enough space to seat. So it is not fair to pay money for passenger. Passenger is a human, not a woods. Feel disappointed.

3) For me (I'm not Arab Sheikh) it is very expensive and I expect to get what I paid for. If I want 2 hour tour I pay money for 2 hours, not for 30 min, not for 50 min, not for 1 hour 40 min. Please respect me. You know KARMA? Give me positive emotions, please! Don't be so greedy. Time MUST start when you start the tour, not when you just come and choosing your helmet..

Conclusion :
Recommend only for starters (who have no any ATV experience), for kids and "baby's", maybe also grandma and grandpa
will enjoy it. Not for active people! If somehow you are already here, ask for pillow!

Strongly discourage booking ATV tour at Big buddha area. I believe is a scam tactics by the companies.
They provide faulty brakes ATV.
My daughter was on one of it. Half way through the trip, had informed the ATV guide the brake is faulty and producing high screeching sounds. The guide kept ensuring the brake is working fine. While going down hill she was not able to brake at all and had slowly roll in-front of the first ATV which is the tour guide and rear end of the ATV.
When the brakes had shown that it is faulty, and the guide just ignored the fact that it is faulty. So when going down the steep slope, the ATV was not able to brake and crash into one of the house pillar. which caused front damage of the front crash bar and damaged a pillar. They demanded us to paid USD400 for all the damages.

Besides this, It was not stated clearly that we could only stay there for a specific timing. It only stated ATV ride was 30 mins. Overall ATV ride to and fro to the big buddha is less than 20 mins. So we assumed the ATV ride was only 30 mins.
They wanted to charge us overtime for another 30mins for staying at the big buddha for additional 5000 baht for 6 ATV. It's an EXTORTION.

The Phang Nga 3 hour ATV tour is one of our all time favorite tours, we do this tour at least twice every time we visit Phuket. The tour with Atv Phuket is held off Phuket Island in Phang Nga province, ample food, water and soft drinks plus transfers are included. After about 1.5 hrs we arrived at our starting point for the tour and were then given cold towels, drinks and fresh fruits.
Then it was time to inspect our ATV’s. Every ATV is numbered and there’s a huge checklist to go through, every mark, scratch etc is recorded.

The ATV’s we used were new Adly 320cc Quad bikes, and they are much more comfortable and powerful than the ones they use on the 2hour Phuket ride. After a safety briefing and a few laps of training around a track we were ready for our adventure. Safety is big with Atv Phuket, the guides are all trained in first aid and if they do not think you are proficient enough to be a rider they will not let you ride and put you on the back with a guide.

The tour was just fantastic and the sights are amazing, we are riding on off road trails past local farms, plantations, through the jungle and remote villages. You also ride down a section of the river and it just keeps getting better, in front of us in the middle of nowhere is a beautiful waterfall.

Our guides set up soft drinks and water, then everyone jumps in for a swim. Its absolutely freezing, just perfect and so refreshing. So don't forget to wear your swimmers and bring a towel.

I cannot recommend the company ATV Phuket strongly enough, all the guides are extremely experienced, trained in safety and first aid and very professional. This is such a fun filled tour with magnificent sights along the way, the photos tell the story.

The 3hr Phang Nga tour is something we will always take friends and family on each time we visit Phuket.
