For me it was a delight to visit this mall before leaving Phuket. I even walked there in the heat from Phuket Road in the center of town - about 25 minutes and saved myself 250/300 bht - but too a taxi back. It is really huge and very modern. It reminds me of large USA malls. You can easily... More

Another typical mall like any other in the world. The selection of shops here are common and items are generally overpriced. Food here is quite international with many restaurants selling international food instead of local cuisine. There is nothing special about the mall.

One of the very few shopping malls in Phuket. Relatively quiet and big. Not much stores however, cinema a little run down as well. Place can be a little confusing. Great to hide from the scorching sun outside!

A good rainy day activity! There is excellent, albeit pricy shopping. Brand names, fashions you may not find st home too. The movie theatre offers new release movies in English. Seat are comfy and while the sign says no snacked the attendant says "ok". You can choose the premium full service movie experience too. We recommend.

My wife and I took a free shuttle here from our Patong hotel. There are lots of shops here, all well laid out and nicely done. Very apparent though that this place is overpriced on all items. We looked at clothing, shoes, sports equipment, jewellery and souvenir items. No deals to be had here, albeit all items were of god... More

Okay yes, the good food is expensive. If you want to eat GOOD food, you have to pay for it. We went to the 3rd floor food court, AGAIN, no highchairs anywhere, so we're eating dinner making a huge mess as we're trying to feed a 1-year-old, and the food was cold. It had been sitting out, and my wife... More

Shopping pretty average, food and service in food court awful. Rude staff, apparently run out of rice?!?! In Thailand!!!! Just couldn't be bothered to cook it. Not good. First rudeness I have encountered in a week. Poor poor attitude. Bangkok food courts in shopping centres we fab, this was not. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

The best part is the Tourists' Lounge. How thoughtful of the management to think of the weary travelers esp the poor husbands n restless kids?Free refreshments n well located ...beside Starbucks...ground floor.another fantastic point...we can leave our luggage there...even wheel-chairs are provided for free...comfortable bucket chairs n aircon.I only get to enjoy this facility in airports for VIPs.but at Festival Central...
