Complete waste of time. The vibe is of an old deserted shopping mall. The staff in every store did not even acknowledge our presence when we went in, all were too busy on their phones. No effort was made to sell us anything. There are no specials as promised by one of the locals that suggested we go there. I would not recommend it at all. You are better off at one of malls around Phuket

There was not a single item I’d purchase at the entire mall. We asked our driver to wait for an hour but we were back in 20 minutes. I had quite low expectations but our visit didn’t even meet these heights (or lows) and this was after an hour battling traffic.

Was pretty excited to be at the premium outlet although there are a lot of mixed bad reviews. Was able to only buy 1 to 2 items. The only surviving foodcourt have only 3 stalls. Wanted to buy some food and drink but was told to come back 1 hour later as everything was not ready. There was only 2 food outlets available at the outlet. Other shops had sad looking long past due 3 seasons ago clothes and shoes. Only come here if you have nothing better to do!

It rained pretty much every day we were in Phuket, so we decided to get a taxi to the Premium Outlet Mall one day. The fare was THB 600 from Patong, each way. I have been to many, many outlet malls run by the same group across USA and this was by far the worst. The prices in the US outlet shops are significantly reduced, you can always get amazing bargains. The prices here were barely better than at any retail store in Australia!!! There are only a couple of (junk!) food places, and overall, it was a huge disappointment.

Avoid this premium outlet at all costs. If you were considering in indulging in a legitimate premium shopping experience in Asia, do yourself a favor and head anywhere but here: South Korea or Japan. Or just go to America – literally anywhere else would be a more worthwhile destination.
The entire complex is a mirage from a distance, a visual illusion that crumbles upon closer inspection. Once you step into the barren wasteland that is this outlet, the small, empty, and abandoned reality becomes painfully apparent. If I were feeling charitable, I might entertain the notion that, at some point, there were a few reputable stores gracing this establishment. However, it's abundantly clear that any such legitimacy has long deserted this place, leaving behind a assortment of old/outdated items or suspiciously knockoff options.
Prepare yourself for quite the shock, as the prices here defy all logic. This is supposed to be a premium outlet in Thailand, setting the expectation that prices should be more affordable. Instead, you'll find yourself paying the same, if not higher prices than what you'd encounter in actual premium retail stores. It's an insult to the very concept of a premium outlet.
To add salt to the wound, the information provided on their outdated website is as accurate as a weather forecast from a broken doppler radar or radiosonde (instruments used to predict the weather). Major brands like Nike and Polo are nowhere to be found, and even the on-site signage are inaccurate – there's no Under Armour store, despite what they have hung up. If you're in the market for shoes, you'd be better off scouring the fake market for better options.
The food court and bathrooms don't offer any respite from the disappointment. If I had the option to give this place zero stars, I would gladly do so. There is absolutely no redeeming value, no worthwhile vendor, store, or merchandise to salvage even a shred of positivity from this deteriorating and decaying wasteland. Avoid, avoid, avoid – it's an experience you'd be better off without.
You cannot avoid death, decay, or taxes. And here, apparently, you cannot avoid the consequences of mismanagement and lackluster goods. Mediocrity is too kind a word for this place.

Not sure what to do when it’s bucketing down with rain and you like a bargain and enjoy shopping?? then pop over to Phuket’s Premiums Outlet stores. All the stores have at least 40-70% off most of their goods. Stores like Addidas, Puma, Lacoste, Levi’s, New balance, Converse and many more shops!! And because your paying in Thai Baht it’s even more cheaper!! There’s also a small eating place which the food is yummy and sooooo cheap!! You can’t go wrong with spending afew hours here!

After reading the poor reviews, we decided to take a chance and visit this mall yesterday anyway - we should have trusted the reviews!
Prices here were no different to standard shops in Jungceylon. Some goods - Nike store - had been marked up in price and then discounted. The lack of outlet pricing at least meant there was lots of stock to look at as no one was buying anything and the place was deserted at 11 am on a Friday.
Staff in all stores were uninterested in the customers, and more interested in playing on their phones.

I have to be honest about this review. First, let me say that I love coming to Phuket, it’s one of my favorite places in Asia. About the Premium Outlet Phuket shopping center, well there is only one thing premium about this place, it’s pricing. If I understand correctly outlet means direct from the factory to an outlet or discount reseller. This place is anything but discounted, actually is at retail cost and in some cases more than retail in America and Europe, this includes their discounts.
If you have nothing to do or the weather is not agreeing with your travel plans for that day, go to a movie or other shopping areas. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re a western person. If you disagree with me please post your comments.

Don't bother. What a waste of time. I'm not much of a shopper but I do love a bargain when I see one. To me the prices for levis are similar to full price in the USA. The mall itself is incomplete with construction tape stopping you from falling into garden beds or maybe they'll just remain open holes collecting rubbish and water for years to come. There were only a few tourists here. Not worth leaving the beach for.

Any disable facilities on site? Eg. Wheelchair?
Written December 25, 2017
The place is big and “open” it’s not a mall , so I would say it’s easy to get around in a wheelchair. Some off the stores were a bit small but most off them had a lot of space
