We were looking for an exciting way to see the beaches and ocean around Phuket. After searching several providers we came across Coral Seekers and Immediately made contact for a Romantic private reservation. The team was extremely fast to respond, even with a 12 hour time difference. My wife and I have come to expect great things out of excisions and were not disappointed. We had a very comfortable shuttle from the hotel to the dock where we received a briefing of our day. We set off right away in a private speed boat with two guides. The guides were so much fun and had much knowledge. We went right to the first secluded spot to snorkel. They provided the gear. We then jumped over to another island where we had a delicious lunch prepared by the crew and spent some time just swimming and walking the beach. We made one more stop on the way out of the bay to snorkel the headed to our final stop. On a completely vacant beach we enjoyed more time on the land and In the ocean. We even spent some time with goats! We did purchase some beers from the convenience store prior to departing in the morning. They provide water and sodas but we opted for an addition. Back at the dock we wrapped up with some fresh fruit and Champaign.
Overall, I can’t express how much fun we had and what a wonderful job this team did. We look forward to returning and utilizing another tour offering. Five out of five!

We took a trip through Coral Seekers, on a last minute booking, and had a very memorable day.
Throughout the booking process the team were easy to communicate with, and helpful with our planning.
We went with 4 adults at one child (2.5y.o).
The team on the boat were keen to tell us about the local areas, help when possible, and ensure we went to the nicest and quietest beaches, also finding some great snorkelling.
Always happy to help with anything, from refreshments to keeping an eye on the child- they were great.
Thank you all!

From booking the trip to our return to the marina, every detail was taken care of by Coral Seeker! Ike was easy to reach and quick with his responses. He made sure we had what we needed and also greeted us in the morning to ensure any questions we had were properly addressed. Our tour guide, Sara, was friendly and made sure we got to do everything on our list and more! She also took us to Rang Yai Island where there was a nice Pearl Shop there to browse. Our group of 12 ranged from age 12 to 60 and our bot crew made sure we were all safe when snorkeling. We had a super day swimming, snorkeling, browsing shops and enjoying the beautiful scenery around the Phi Phi Islands. On top of that, they provided a delicious picnic lunch.

My wife and I cannot praise Neil and his team enough for our amazing wedding day. Every detail was thought about, from music to flowers, travel arrangements to our wedding dinner after the ceremony. The team chose an absolutely stunning beach for our ceremony and decorated the gazebo beautifully. They were on hand in the days leading up to the wedding for anything we needed and even helped arrange the documents from Bangkok to Phuket to make our holiday easier and more enjoyable.
If you are thinking of getting married in Phuket be sure to contact Neil and his team at Coral Seekers !!!

Wonderful experience with CORAL SEEKERS - snorkeling and relaxing south of Phuket. You can stop at any lonely beach on the way to and from coral island. the staff is very nice and helpful. Nice lunch on the boat or on the beach is included. We did not go to the Banana beach itself, its too crowded, but snorkeled a while there. I find it a shame anyhow, banana beach charges extra 200 baht.

It was very nice meeting and seeing you off on your charter with us the other day. Thanks very much for following up your day out with the review here at Tripadvisor. We are very appreciative of both!
Yes, Coral Island can sometimes be fairly busy with tourists and I am sorry that was the case on the day you went! I'm glad the captain and crew brought you to a nice additional location with little to no people where you could enjoy some time. This is something we often do for our Coral island charter.
The popularity and sometimes busier nature of Coral island ally due to the island not being very far away from Phuket and it having nice beaches and water for activities. Actually, aside for the potential for being somewhat busy at times and the 200 THB fee they charge (for facilities and maintenance), its a very nice value destination and a good choice for those interested in activities like parasailing, banana boat, sea walker and kwik kraft.
Thank you again for your kind review! If you ever return to Phuket, we'd be thrilled to have the opportunity to be of service to you again!

Would absolutely reccomend these guys and Nuch was superb. I bombarded her with emails and she answered them all quickly and with all the information I needed.
I planned a surprise for my girlfriend, now my fiancée and it went perfectly. Nothing was given away and we had a great afternoon snorkelling off our own private speed boat. We then watched the sunset with a bottle of prosecco and then headed back to shore for a private dinner on the beach.
The food was amazing, the service was superb and it was very private. I upgraded the options to have champagne with dinner and a mercedes to take us back to the hotel instead of minibus.
Everything was perfect. My sincere thanks to Nuch and the team and would absoloutely reccomend these guys - they are a slick machine!

Dear Jack B,
A wonderful review, and greatly appreciated - thank you!
I am delighted that you mentioned Nuch, who works tirelessly and without complaint behind the scenes to arrange everything from initial enquiry to transport and catering. Usually, it's our crew who are lauded for their efforts, so I am truly thankful that you have highlighted her in particular on this occasion - and she was thrilled to learn of your kind words.
Furthermore, we are all very pleased to hear that your experience with Coral Seekers was memorable. Always a privilege to be a small part of a great love story.
From all of us here at Coral Seekers - Congratulations on your engagement!
Hope you are considering Phuket for your beach wedding! ;)
All the best,

Unfortunately, we can not agree with the other ratings for Coral Seekers posted in Tripadvisor. We booked a private tour to Phi Phi Islands from Phuket. In summary we had a very bad experience, including:
- Poor quality of the transport from the hotel
- Old boat - not even a basic toillet - not comfortabale and in blatant contrast with the pictures posted in their website
- Food provided very simple (street food)
- Guide lacking minimum motivation level to provide a good service (only basic description of the islands)
In addition to this, for the price we paid, we could have had almost 12 scuba dives (including equipment), in a better boat to sites within a comparable distance and with similar lunch provided.

Thank you for your review. We welcome all observations and feedback. We are somewhat surprised to learn that your day with Coral Seekers was not to your liking, and naturally very concerned. We strive to ensure that all of our guests enjoy a day that exceeds their expectations and as you will see from the other reviews on Trip Advisor, this is almost universally the case (our guest book reviews are also posted to our web site). We would highlight that a very high proportion of our bookings each year are repeat bookings.
Before we address your specific concerns may we just say that as soon as we heard from your hotel that you were not entirely happy with your trip we offered (via the front office manager) to meet to discuss your trip and were standing-by to do so. It would, I feel, have been a useful opportunity for us to try to address your complaint face to face. Unfortunately we were not afforded the opportunity to understand the real, underlying cause of your dissatisfaction before you checked out.
If I may address your points in turn to clarify with some factual qualification:
1. Ground Transport - our transport is regularly inspected by our management team and I am satisfied with its appearance. You shared a clean and tidy nine-seat minibus between two people (you and your partner). I am not sure what you were led to expect would be the form of transport provided.
2. Boat - I am puzzled by your assertion - in fact pictures of the boats we own (including the single engine you chartered) are very clearly and accurately shown on the home page of our charters. These pictures were all taken in the last 12 months and all are our actual boats.
We do not (to my knowledge) anywhere claim as a selling point that the single-engine boats have on-board toilets.
3. Food - This is a matter of individual opinion. We recently upgraded the menu in direct response to feedback - for example, a pasta salad with olives, basil, tomato and an olive oil dressing, baguette with cheddar cheese - yes, we added some Asian items (vietnamese spring rolls, curry puffs) to add some Asian flavour and provide a more universal appeal, but I am not sure that as a whole it can be summed up as "street food". It is a picnic. Further "gourmet" style upgrades are available on request for an additional charge – which your hotel should have advised you of.
4. Guide - your guide was Nun (pronounced Nan) who is mentioned in a review posted here just three days prior to your trip (11 November 2011), to which I would refer you. We are very often asked by our many repeat customers to provide Nun as the guide - precisely because of her competence and character. We are sorry that you did not rate Nun as a guide for your trip. This is the first time I have had such feedback and she will be disappointed to know.
5. I have no comment to make regarding the comparison with diving - we do not compete with dive companies and our boats are not configured for this activity. We are a speedboat and snorkeling charter company.
We welcome the open platform that Trip Advisor offers for customers to express opinions and we will examine and address each of your points on its merits and act accordingly (as we have done in respect of the single previous negative comment made in this forum). We believe that this forum only has validity if it records both "good" and "not so good" experiences so that potential customers can make their own judgments as to the sincerity and accuracy of reviews.
In the final analysis, we remain great value for money and fill an important niche between the "join-in" trips sector - where you share your boat with 20-60 strangers for a tightly scheduled tour, and the "top-end" luxury market (which is what I think you may have been expecting or led to expect) which offers exotic imported water-craft at a cost per trip in excess of 3X the modest amount we charge.
I cannot express how sorry we are for the disappointment you and your partner felt from your day out and we are grateful for you taking the time to express your feelings. In addition to the correct expectation being set at the point of sale (which we doubt in this instance), we know that weather plays an important part in the overall enjoyment of the day and it is a pity that the weather you experienced was somewhat unsettled leading to your partner expressing that he wished to return back early.
We would be happy for you to contact us directly by email if you have matters you still wish to discuss, otherwise we hope you will consider to contact us again on a future visit and allow me to personally escort you on a charter to ensure you have a great day out.

If you do nothing else whilst in Phuket, book a day out with Coral Seekers. Managed by Stuart, the company deserve to be the top operator in Phuket. We have done a number of similar trips around the world and nothing compared to the day we had with them. The two members of the team, Nun and Kling could not have been better hosts. They snorkelled alongside us and showed us things we would have undoubtly missed. Our picnic lunch with fresh Baguette, cheese, cold meats, salad and fresh fruit was delicious. As we sat on a deserted beach (it was low season) looking out over a stunning bay, this is a memory that will remain etched on our minds forever. Visibility was good and they knew the exact spots to get the best snorkelling in very safe surroundings. Simply e-mail them for a very quick response, telling them what you hope to see/experience and they will make an itinerary that will totally match your expectations. I am told they can also arrange weddings for people, a great service all round!

I come to Phuket at least once a year and every time I come I book Coral Seekers for my speed boat trips. Coral Seekers is professionally run with friendly staff and you get what you pay for. No hassle, no unpleasant surprises. In years past, I've tried another purportedly large speed boat charter, which I won't name, and after that unpleasant experience with unpleasant staff and asking more money on stops we originally agreed upon, I decided then that it would be wise to try the charter with the best reputation, Coral Seekers. Since that decision long ago, I've come back time and time again to Coral Seekers for fun trips.
Since I've booked Coral Seekers through out the years, I request my trusty Captain Kang. I call him Captain Kirk. Kang is your pilot, your guide, photographer, chef and tour guide. He is pleasant and has your back when snorkeling off deeper waters. At least to me, the satisfaction of all my trips with Coral Seekers is largely due to this key man and his crew.
I also enjoy the reservations process with Nuch and the timely and professional drivers that drive me to my boat trip and back to my hotel.
On this trip Nov 13, 2016, my brother (his first time in Phuket) and I went to Phang Nga Bay to check out James Bond Island. We checked out the other lime stone islands around the bay. The sightseeing around the bay was fantastic.
In the afternoon we stopped by Kai Nok Island for some snorkeling in the clear blue waters there. Lots of marine life around the island. It was fun as usual. Although Kai Nok is one of the busier islands as it sits on the highway to Phi Phi Island tours, I still rate it as my favorite island for snorkeling.
Another fantastic speed boat trip, as usual. I look forward to coming back to Phuket and another trip with Coral Seekers soon!
Sincerely,
D

You are extremely kind with all your compliments and we are very fortunate to have you as a multiple-returning guest! Thank you for the loyalty and we'll always do the best we can to earn it. I know Kang is a big part of that so consider him your captain on your next visit!!
We're all very happy you had another fun and enjoyable charter experience with us! Thank you again!!

We were in Phuket in November 2012 and I had organised a Coral Seekers speed boat tour over the internet before we left. I found this company to be very organised and professional. The tour was absolutely awesome, the islands and scenery were amazing. My favourite spot was where we stopped for lunch, a perfect beach with crystal blue water which was not crowded. The lunch provided was great even with a few fussy kids everyone had something they liked. I would like to say a big thank you to all the crew especially "Mimi" who did an amazing job of looking after our group. Would highly recommend this company, we were travelling with a group of 15 friends/family and everyone agreed out of our whole Phuket holiday this was indeed the best!

Dear Keggsta,
Many thanks for your great review; I'm pleased that you had the best day out with Coral Seekers.
I will pass on your comments to Mai Mai, she is a superb guide and in recognition of this we recently promoted her to Head Guide; in charge of all the tour staff and making sure that the customer experience is second to none.
Hope to see you back in Phuket some day soon.

Hello and thank you very much for writing. We normally establish bookings via email or phone, so I recommend you use either method to discuss chartering. Also, for potential costs, I am sorry that we do not provide per-head pricing which is commonly seen with group/public/"join-in" charters. All of our charters are strictly private. For pricing, please refer to our Website and kindly note that for a speedboat, a twin engine model would be required for a group of more than 6 passengers.
I hope this is helpful!
