I had the pleasure in booking with The Bridge Travel two elephant half day tours which I loved so much a cooking class which was exceptional and a trip to Banana island. Transfers to and from the airport all arrived early so no stress. Yim goes over and above to make you feel so comfortable knowing that whatever is planned for you everything is perfect. I highly recommend this company for all your travel needs to phuket and surrounding areas. On a foot note this is the third time I have dealt with Yim in the last five years.

We booked a number of trips with Yim after it was recommended to us through another couple we met at our hotel. Service is friendly, professional and really helpful. We got great prices and also valuable advice from Yim as to which trips would suit us best. Thank you for helping us book the best trips during our stay!

Hands down teaming up with with them was the best decision my partner and I made when planning this trip. Everything was organized and well planned out for 106 people. They went above and beyond. They planned all of our excursions and parties!!

Perfect Phuket trip for me and my family! Yim, our contact, was extremely kind and helpful. She helped us to organise the entire holiday schedule. Organising transport, logistics, everything. We went to Similand Island, Khai Nok, James Bond Island, Phi Phi Island and the elephants. Everyday on time, professional services. It was a great customer service.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the work Kanchisar did to help me plan my very short but very awesome visit to Phuket. She is SO FANTASTIC at what she does. She was so incredibly accommodating and is such an excellent communicator. She asked many questions in order to understand exactly what I was wanting to see and do while in Phuket, and then just like magic. she made it all happen! Her driver, Dew, was SO polite and kind. He provided transportation to and from the airport, as well as driving us to see Big Buddha and then on to our night out in Patong. I felt completely safe and well taken care of.
We also took a 1/2 day boat trip to Raya Island (with a quick stop at Coral Island) and it could not have been any better! The boating company she partners with (Rak Talay Travel) were top notch! I was so totally impressed with their emphasis on safety. Without any worries, I was able to enjoy my day of boating, island exploring and snorkeling to the fullest. I am SO THANKFUL to Kanchisar for taking SUCH GOOD care of me on my visit to Phuket and the only thing I would change is to STAY LONGER! I was very sad to leave and hope to go back sooner than later to explore more islands, as well as to see the Gibbons, the waterfall, and Phuket Town. Just too many wonderful things to see and do and not nearly enough time. As the boat pulled away from Raya, the sun was just starting to set. What a perfect ending to a perfect stay in Phuket!

Very well organised transportation, always available to answer your questions which was great and made things easier and gave me peace of mind. The communication in English was impeccable, Yim, the woman I booked with was amazing and helped me with all my needs. Thank you! I would recommend. The price was decent and included transportation to and from my hotels.

I found the service great, there were several days I had free & I decided I wanted to do something,so I contacted the staff, and it was done quickly and efficiently ,great people to deal with, thoroughly enjoyed the experience

On organising our first trip to Thailand, I found The Bridge Travel from Facebook. Once in contact with Yim, she was magnificent. Any questions were always answered quickly and honestly. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, describing every tour in detail. We ended up booking 6 trips with this company. We were so happy with everything, no tour was overcrowded, every guide and driver were fantastic. I will definitely be booking with The Bridge Travel when I return again to Thailand.

Nie is a very lovely and pleasant person to deal with. I initiated the contact with her through Facebook and never felt hassled or haggled to book any tours with her. She was super cooperative, upfront about costs and easy going in my last minute bookings and didn't push sales on me when I made it evident I was comparing prices and tours. I will definitely be using her services again when I come back to Thailand!
