The trip was a disaster, late to the boat, no food, the food was not good. The guides didn't tell anything about the nature or the culture.

A complete disaster. -The driver was 75 minutes late. -The driver was falling asleep at the wheel. It got so bad that I had to constantly ask him if he was OK. The driver almost crashed/drove off the road on multiple occasions. -The driver was speeding the whole two hour trip from Phuket to the pier. Driving 160 on 60 roads. Not even slowing down for roadwork. All the passengers in the car were bouncing around with every road bump. There were even a kid with his father in the car. Shameful display of driving. -No time for breakfast. The driver were so late that there was no time for breakfast. We had two minutes to get out of the taxi and get to the gathering point where we would receive information. -Even if we would have had time to eat there was nothing left. I'm sorry but a glass of orange juice does not count breakfast. Neither does a glass of water. -Been awake from 05.00, expecting breakfast but have to wait for lunch at 13.00. That would ruin the experience for anyone. Eight hours without anything to eat. -Finally lunch! Time to get the first meal of the day, or so I thought. I got served overcooked white rice with "tomato sauce". Red water, no taste, no seasoning. Just red water with a hint of tomato. Since when does overcooked rice with red water count as a meal? -Expect the same kind of food for dinner and for tomorrow's breakfast. That was the answer I got when I asked about the quality of the food and what I would get for the next two meals. -I asked to be taken back. The reason was two days on just rice is not good enough for me. I'm a fitness guy and I need my proteins. They offered the same careless driver for my ride back to Phuket from the pier. I politely refused and asked for another one to which they responded: pay 2500 baht for a taxi. -In the brochure it clearly said what was to be expected. They did not deliver on anything. Anything but the snorkeling which we got to do for a total of two hours. -I spoke to the other tourists and they all agreed on that the quality of the food was really cheap and their taxi drivers were just as bad. -Between the hours 05.00-20.30 I did two hours of snorkeling and the rest was either waiting or transportation. -Lastly, the manager of the company. After a million excuses to why I could not talk to the manager of the company they finally gave up. I let a very close thai friend do the talking, explaining the situation. But before my friend could even finish the first sentence the manager replied: NO REFUND! He did not even want to listen to the story. He had no interest in the customers experience. It's laughable, really. Their slogan is literally "your experience, our passion". -This cost me a total of 8300 baht. For that kind of money you can do two to four domestic flights. Shameful behavior. Don't, ever consider this company! -This is by far my worst experience in Thailand. Stay away!

The trip itself was quite ok, however an hour shorter than in the schedule as the company has huge problems with organization: - We should head off from the pier at 8:30 but we were waiting 1,5h due to other bus which was late, - Most of participants are Chinese and while their guide gave them about 10min speach about next attraction, english version consisted of about two sentences. - Finally, after coming back to the pier, we've spent there another 2h and noone could explain why. After a huge argument, one of the drivers just stood up from the chair and took us back to Phuket Town. He was there for the whole time while the other buses has headed off 2h before... All in all, we've spent 8 hours in the bus or waiting, 3 hours in the speedboat and another 5 hours on the tour. The islands are incredible but because of the whole situation and really rude people at the pier who couldn't even speak English, it felts like scam.

We got 50% off a seven island tour at this place. The tour was great and we were very happy. They include pick up and drop off to your hotel.

Avoid this tour operator at all costs. They pack in 37 pax into seats that comfortably only fit 33 max. They oversell their seats on their speedboats, which means the passengers suffer, especially on a long 1.5 hour bumpy ride. The islands were absolutely gorgeous, which made the trip out there worth it, but the tour operator was awful. After voicing our concerns about the seating situation, one of the guides passive-aggressively stopped handing out refreshments to our party. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this operator and when you do book, confirm that your speedboat does not have 37 pax. All of the speedboats that head out to the Similan Islands are essentially the same, so look for one that has less than 34 pax.
