About
Float indigo is a center for relaxation and mental focus. Come and float in a zero light, zero sound, zero gravity environment. A huge range of health benefits can be achieved plus a journey through your own consciousness where the magic of the mind can be revealed. Rest, recover, relax and restore. A floatation tank is a great tool which removes all external input and deprives the sense temporarily. The body and mind slow down for pure relaxation in a completely unique environment. The epsom salt solution you float in is great for the body replenishing magnesium levels. Give your body and mind some quiet, alone time.

I am an athlete, and like one i push my body beyond it limits. I have had numbers of injuries and floating has helped me reducing my whole body inflammation, i recover faster, and be at my full potential. Not mentioning you will sleep like a baby and your digestion system will thank you. Thank you guys!

Thailand is full of incredible travellers who have some pretty incredible bucket lists.
But I am yet to ever speak to someone who has "Experience A Float Tank" on it.
Well I can tell you one thing...
I am now the person going round the streets of Thailand telling people that it is an absolute must.
If you are into any form of internal self development you MUST do this. Take the deepest meditation state and times it by 10 and you are still no-where near this experience.
During my float I remembered things from my past that I never realised even happened. I left the tank feeling so unbelievably relaxed that I could hardly even talk, but the guys at Float Indigo offered me a nice comfy chair and some water.
And this is the other thing about Float Indigo. Not only is the actually flotation experience incredible, but the staff are so damn friendly too.
If you are training on the street or just here on a holiday get this thing booked in ASAP.
With that said, I am off for number float number 5 in 4 weeks. If that doesn't say something I don't know what will.
GO DO IT!

Float indigo was a blessing during my stay in Phuket and I highly recommend a visit.
Joe and Steve have done an excellent job at designing and building the float indigo tank, it is without question the best I have experienced.
The centre and staff have a great energy helping to start the float relaxed and in the best possible space.
Having trained martial arts during my stay I used the time to recover my body and mind and felt it gave me an added boost.
I highly recommend Float Indigo and look forward returning.

I had my first visit to a float tank and it is something I would recommend everyone try at least once.
Great to recharge both body and mind.
The staff were also very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. I will definitely visit again on my next tip to Phuket.

So to start off I'm not a hippy dippy sort, I'm ex-army and very clinical thinking. I don't do yoga or any sort of new age meditation yet this still surprised the hell out of me..
Went in and the staff had me nice and relaxed in the office with my feet up chatting about Thailand.. then my time came and I had to take the mandatory shower and intro talk... I told the guys I was only here to get some peace and quiet and that the GF had put me up to it... They encouraged me to relax and to think happy thoughts and use any meditation or calming techniques you know.
Got into the tank and noticed how humid it was but very nice and warm... I used the floating neck rest and one time I had to rub salt from my eyes with the towel provided. Don't rub your eyes at all, especially not with your hands, use the towel hanging up or fresh water bottle beside it to clean them (if you can see them LoL).
After awhile I found my body getting more relaxed, and when I thought that was it my bones seemed to be able to find more ways to get even more comfortable. It's nothing like lying in bed getting comfy, I mean this is proper nice!!
Anyway I used my time to problem solve and to think of reasons why I do certain things (Seen the guy on VICE on YouTube do this) and after maybe an hour, impossible to keep track of time in there, I noticed my legs and arms were slightly numbish even though I splashed about like a child.. So I closed my eyes and pictured what would be the difference standing up. So I convinced myself I was standing up straight (easy to do in zero gravity with no lights!!)..
When I thought I was standing up straight I thought about falling over flat on my face. That's when I got a rush of images. I let my imagination (i think) ride out and in a drowsy relaxed state my mind started showing funky patterns which made me smile.. then I seen 2pac Shakur (dead rapper) ride a turtle with a hole in his head. Inside his head looked like wood. This made me laugh like an idiot.
I was confused as to how long was left so I decided to do some stretching and see how much more comfy I could get. I heard some bones crack like hell, it was lovely, my spine hasn't felt so great!
At the end a soft alarm sounds 3 times and I could make out some purple light peering through the hatch on the tank. My now heavily sedated body struggled to open the hatch even though its light.. I eventually got it open (theres an alarm if you need help) and crawled out like a new born baby. I fell about as if i was drunk or stoned giggling to myself... Can't explain why I giggled so much but I struggled to hold back the laughter.
I had another shower (towel provided) and limped out into the office to see the lads and fill them in on 2Pac... Was given a free cold water and again a relaxing seat to get my bearings together before driving off. The setup is A1 in my eyes, the tank is plenty big and the staff are 110% helpful and honest. You can sign your name on the wall inside and take a pic for their instagram page after. Alot of celebs frequent this place and I can see why..
Gona book in again before I go home! My session was 90mins long, I think it's the perfect amount. Thanks for the memories :)

Absolutely amazing experience can't rate it any higher. The guys are brilliant and instantly put my mind at ease!
I seen some very powerful visions in the tank, much more powerful than I ever anticipated but totally amazing! The tank gave me the ideal environment to connect with my own mind in peace and tranquility.
I'm 100% hooked after a 90 minute session!
The tank itself was much larger than I thought which was brilliant, it meant you weren't having if the side when you floated! I will be back guys !!!
Would recommend for absolutely anybody!

How do I get to your location from Phucket town

Head south to chalong. Using the Chao Fa East road. Take a right on Soi Ta iAd, just after KFC and home mart The same street as Phuket top team and tiger Muay Thai. Once in this street we are 800m on the left hand side.
