The best massage I have ever had. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. I went with my wife and opted for the 1 hour hot oil massage on the roof top. The views were spectacular and the setting was extremely tranquil. Make sure you book in advance.

We have been to oasis spa many times in different years. They have always maintained their quality and this is their best strength. This branch is located at the top of the mountain and in the middle of the forest. The view of the rooms and the waiting space is very beautiful. The rooms are very nice. We tried different massage models, all of which were great, but our favorite massage was the traditional Thai massage. In my opinion, the services of this spa center are five stars. All massage therapists are professional and the staff is very friendly and nice.

This is a beautiful, clean and serene spa. The surroundings are so calming. The staff are polite and helpful. The lady who provided my services did an amazing job and was very kind. I did the coconut body scrub and body wrap as well as the aromatherapy massage. When I reached out to the contact email address in regards to services at the spa location, I received prompt responses which I really appreciated. The responder was able to facilitate the changing of my spa location so that my friend and I could have our services at the same spa. One thing to know is that this spa location does not offer a milk bath or aromatherapy bath even though it may appear to be offered from the website. Overall, this is an excellent spa choice.

From the moment we were collected from our hotel we had the five star treatment. The venue is five star in my opinion with stunning views. Staff are professional and advised us on the best option to get the most out of our treatments.
If you’re looking for more than just a cheap massage on the beach come here and be made to feel like royalty.

i have been to phuket a few times, and i did spa at Oasis for twice, and this was my worst and terrible expereicnes with Oasis!!!
we had appointment at 12.30 pm, then when i got there, the staff told me there are no water and no electricty so i had to go back the spa centre at 7pm!! that was able to understand, since thats not predictable. but i was disaapointted, since i wish to see such petty view during spa.
BUT! my terrible nightmare started at night.....
the environment was totally amazing, i believe it must be cool at day time. however, the therapists were TERRIBLE! it's the most terrible experiences i ever had in thailand!! they are sooooo lazy!!! i had body scrub, but after that, i could not feel anything differenct, my skin did not get any smoother....and the massage and facial treatment were bad too! i could not feel better after the massage, and the facial was rubbish!
my friends and i was at the same room, but PLEASE DONT DO THAT!!! because the therapists kept talking talking and talking during 2.5 hrs treatment!!!!!! they kept talking in Thai, and they were not focus on our spa
i could say, that was NOT a spa expereinces, but "Touching my skin"!! they just touch my skin, and not really giving me a massage and therapy!!!! if you are interested in the nice view, yes it would be a super nice place, but if you wish to have therapy, forget about this!
i would recommend to have spa at Oasis (Laguna) which is MUCH MORE BETTER than Kata!!!!!
im still so angry about that experiences and i will not visit this anymore!!!

I am laying on the bed. I know if I open my eyes I will see bright green jungles and a tropical rain outside the window. A nice Thai woman just finished an hour of traditional massage and now she is pressing a herbal hot compress to certain spots on my body to balance my energy lines. Next is the aromatherapy oil massage. I will be here for another 60 minutes feeling like a queen who's being pampered by the gentlest, yet the strongest hands in her kingdom. And I know if I open my eyes I will see the jungles…
I arrived to the biggest island of Thailand - Phuket - last night. Even though January is considered the driest month in southeast Asia it is raining cats and dogs. It's still hot, 90°F, and actually I am happy to feel strong and fresh tropical rain.
I read about the Oasis Spa when I was still in New York. You know this feeling when you are getting ready for an exciting trip to a new place… I was reading everything I could find online about Phuket and that's how I came across the Oasis website. I confess, I got addicted to this website, and you'll know why if you read their treatments menu here:

Let me name a few I tried myself:
Coconut Nourishing (2.5 hours): "Delight your senses with a Natural Coconut Body Scrub; nourish your body with a rich Fresh Coconut Hot Compress Massage, then finish with a Full Body Coconut Hot Oil Massage"
Ayuraveda Package (2 hours): "Beginning with the dripping of warm oil on the forehead and a throughout scalp massage, the treatment continues with a traditional East Indan Style warm-oil massage…"
Lanna Explorer (4hours): "This spa experience will take your body, mind and spirit to places that you have never been before…"
That's a good enough reason to get a ticket to Phuket even if it wasn't planned, isn't it?
The spa makes it possible to book online and I want to see a person who could resist it. I couldn't. Even though the prices in the Oasis are higher than in the average spa in Phuket, believe me, it's worth it! While other spas are located on the streets and don't look extremely appealing (sorry, its my subjective opinion), the Oasis sits on top of the hill covered with jungles and overlooks the ocean on one side and the Big Buddha on the other side. The spa sends a driver to the hotel to pick you up and drop you off afterwards and - as a frequent spa goer - I can say that I was impressed with everything: service, variety of treatments, and the place itself!

Their location is very special, you gotta be picked up because it is a secret road. They welcome you warmly, the welcome drink is amazing, the high location provides the quiet ambience and fresh air, you will see the back of big buddha, the spa treatment and the massage therapist is the highlight of this location! Great service and worth all the $$. Do not miss!

Me and my boyfriend had our massage last weekend, we had the 90 minutes aroma therapy hot oil massage if i’m not mistaken. Upon arrival the staff at the reception are very accommodating, they prepared welcome drink for us which is very tasty with cold towel on the side which has a very refreshing scent. Their massage room is very relaxing and very big as wel they have the complete set up for the room if you prefer to take shower first before the massage they have all the set up for you. The massage itself was very very relaxing and also they would ask you if which points you want them to focus since I have back pains i asked them to focus on my shoulder area and back which they followed, all though out the massage it makes us very relaxed. After the treatment they assisted us at the lobby area and the served us hot tea and some fruits. Also if ever you would like to book for this spa they will be offering a roundtrip transfer as well to your hotels which is a good deal because you’ll get to experience a 5 star massage service without hassle. I would like to commend to all the staffs specially or therapists i wasn’t able to recognize their names but one of them i saw on his name plate the spa supervisor, the receptionist who welcomed us and the driver that send us back to kata beach. Worth the try and would 100 percent reccommend!

Hotel recommended The Oasis Spa as an alternative to what I was looking at. Timely pick up, lovely surrounds and welcome. Then the room was dingy & basic, with a flat bed. Being pregnant (close to 6 mths) and selecting from the pregnancy menu, I thought the facilities would be provided accordingly. Started off on my side but seemed as though the therapist had to follow a process and made me lie on my back...at this stage of pregnancy this is not possible for a long period...when I told her I need to turn on my side as i was very uncomfortable she was hesitant as the oils etc were on the bed and she had nowhere to put them, she then lay me on my back again....of which I remained for a short while, then had to turn on my side...she did not seem to understand what I was doing....it made for the most uncomfortable massage experience I've ever had!
