Great small wee market, little quiet at the moment but worth a visit if your passing through. Great restaurant inside Friendly staff and local food at good prices including fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. Dried goods, souvenirs.

Fruit is cheaper at the night market. You can buy local products like sodium glutamate and sauces in liter bottles, which are not in 7/11. There's a department with cheesy stuff - dishes and tv, like in ridiculous prices. There's a café - they can cook seafood sold here. Fish jerky - found nowhere on Kata except here
