The gym isn't massive but it was never overly packed and everybody in there was friendly. All the equipment you need is there and the walk in prices are good at 200THB, even better value if you have longer and get a week or month pass. They can make you protein shakes as well which is good for travellers who can't carry all the stuff around with them. The owner Cliff is very approachable and will help you out with any queries you might have. I will use it again if I'm ever back in the area.…

Best gym I’ve been to in Thailand over all. New equipment, treadmills, free weights, spin bikes and more. I came over for a 12 day holiday & came for a day pass but ended up joining for 10 days after my first workout!, Cliff asked what I wanted to achieve, he showed me around the gym, Explained diff bars/positions etc how important for diff parts of your body, plus he personal trained me each time I came to make sure I was doing things right. It was hard but loved it & and lost 5lb! Now im confident on using the machines & how they work I can carry this on in the UK. Will definitely be using this gym every time I come to Thailand. The mineral drinks & protein shakes are lovely and not expensive at all Thanks Cliff and Yaya will see you again soon 👍🏻 Brilliant friendly people who have a conversation with you rather than just selling a membership…

First of all, Cliff, the owner, is amazing! I have never been to a gym before and was not feeling very comfortable to go, being a girl (silly me), and especially when I don't know how to train and use the machines. Cliff took his time, showed me around and explained everything. The gym has everything you need, brand new modern equipment and is open every day. Also, ask Cliff when it is not busy, if you do not feel comfortable with many people around. I wish I would have this kind of gym back home!…

First of Clive and his beautiful wife the two owners are very friendly. The gym look like a small to mid sized gym when you first see it, but it's set up very very well with everything you need covered. Not many gyms in Asia are as well setup as this place for people who have been training a while and know what they're doing. There's also a enough weight for people with fairly high strength and want to push. Most places don't have enough to really push but enough to maintain your strength. Another really good thing that's I've not found anywhere baring Bangkok was the gym opens late week nights. Closes at 8 then reopens at 10:30 until around midnight. Clive the old fart owner does this to help out people who work late, he's a legend if you get over the fact his British. I don't usually do reviews but good Clive and his gym are good…
