Now Beans Vintage. This establishment no longer exists as such. It has been called Beans Vintage for a couple of years. It does sell lunches and cakes but also decorations and gifts.

Ladies Who Lunch
Jan 2016 • Friends
This venue is now known as B.E.A.N. Vintage, and is no longer a pub. It's a delightful cafe serving excellent coffee, cakes and light lunches. It also sells items for the home and a few clothes. Just this week it changed hands but I had a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs and mushrooms, and my companions had some lovely chunky toast, butter and marmalade, and a large savoury scone respectively - all being declared "delicious". Watch this space as I believe the shop aspect of this business could be changing.

Very nice Gastropub

Lovely food, unfortunately, despite being very tempted, neither of us were able to contemplate starters or Desserts as we'd eaten lunch too late ! I had a nice rump steak, one half was cooked to my liking, but the other half was too rare for me, so I asked for it to be given a little longer, which was done with no fuss. My Wife had salmon from the blackboard which she thoroughly enjoyed. We had glazed root vegetables as well, I think Butternut squash, parsnip & carrot, which was very tasty as well. Nice selection of real ales, quaint little village, a very enjoyable evening overall !
